An ok stay but needs some improvements
The staff was very nice but often many hanging around desk/lobby when a lot of cleaning could be done! The elevator was filthy, no ventilation. The hallways dirty. Garbage over flowing. Our room was nice other than broken coffee maker, no pillowcases and not enough towels (asked twice and they were still in wash). Fitness center nice, pool area nice but full of smokers(can’t be around that). Ran out of food early for “breakfast.” Air conditioning not working properly!! Barely cool and stuffy.

my stay was very comfortable and quiet. the breakfast was great. lots of choices. pool too small. there was a lot of dried food pieces on the rug in my room. my door had a lot of dirty spots like someone splashed a drink on it and it was running down. overall though it was a good experience. the staff was amazing. very friendly and approachable

The staff are wonderful. That said, my stay was not satisfactory. The A/C unit was leaking water into my suite; I had to spread out towels on the floor as to not get my feet soaking wet. Elevator was painfully slow. However, fellow guests were nice and the staff - again - were wonderful.

Karla at front desk was very polite. The room on the 4th floor was very quiet that eve, So we got some good rest. When I drop something on the floor of the room there was several small items under the couch so it needed to be vacuumed .that's all for that.( Shower curtain rod was bent also)

Check in person was very pleasant; however my card was charged twice for an incidental hold which is an inconvenience to me. Additionally, the elevator started to shake when going to the 4th floor. There was a room on the fourth floor that I believed had water damage which cause the entire floor to have a wet smell.
