You made my best friends 55th birthday a spectacular event. She just wanted to spend time with her bestie and the beach. From the time we arrived we were served with such grace. Majority of the staff at this property was incredibly rude. The photos online are not the same as what you get. It is incredibly inconvenient to find the lobby to check in. There is no main entrance and you have to go through the parking garage. This place needs major renovations. Do not waste your money on this location.

The overall stay was good, clean rooms nice pool. The only upside is the elevator situation. Took forever to catch an elevator and on one of three busiest weekends, one elevator wasnt working

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. First, when we arrived, only 1 elevator was working. People we waited up to 40 minutes at one point to get onto the elevator. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage to get to our room. Then we finally get there and there is a maintenance team in the room and they have taken apart the shower. They moved us to a different room, which had no AC. They had to move us again to a 3rd room. Horrible customer service and horrible experience all around.

Accommodating our request for a higher floor was a positive note but had to request to speak with a manager Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance is CLEARLY not visible. Completely inconvenient Told to enter through the parking garage even though we were dropped off.

Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

The weather was very bad, the hotel needs an indoor pool, the refrigerator and the telephone do not work properly, but the telephone was replaced quickly, The parking spaces are very tight and they should include it in the reservation since what they charge per night is quite expensive.
