Wish I could write a great review but I can’t. Back in September of 2023 I booked our annual vacation with out of state friends. I initially booked through VRBO but then got linked to VACASA.We checked in around 4 pm and noticed right away a few things…We were the only car in the lot other than a maintenance crew that was leaving for the day, the pool was all roped off with caution tape, and there was scaffolding and generators all around the pool. We went over to the crew and inquired about was going on. They told us the pool would be closed and the whole exterior was being power washed and painted for the next MONTH!!!!! At no point were we told by VACASA! We made our way up to the condo and saw the patio furniture all wrapped up. Called Vacasa every day that week about waking up at 7:30 am to the noise of workers talking, loud generators running and men on scaffolding outside our windows. Supervisor finally called me back on Wednesday, said she would contact owner and get back to me. Never heard back. I really hope that the family checking in after us was advised about the pool. We work very hard all year long and look forward to our yearly vacations together. This was so disappointing.

Great place for a family beach trip!
Overall, this was a wonderful location for our family beach trip with two young children (they slept in the same bed). The condo was clean and the parking, security gates, and pool were all well-maintained. The condo has a patio closet that has a beach cart, beach chairs, a boogie board, and numerous sand toys. We wished the condo had more towels. It only comes with 6 beach towels and 6 bathroom towels, which just isn’t enough when you are doing ocean, pool, and multiple showers/day. The bedding could be improved, it smelled a little musty and the blankets were thin. It’s just a 5 min walk to the beach, and ten minute walk to the great dinner spots in Deerfield. We hardly used our rental car!

This was an excellent property. Clean, details well thought through and finished beautifully. Great for our family . Hope renovations around pool are complete soon. We missed getting to use the Infiniti pool but the beach is very close by.

Great stay, great location, great condo!
Had a snafu during check in but quick call corrected the issue and we got into the condo. Amazing location! Quick walk to the beach. Beds comfortable with high quality sheets. Super clean inside, outdoor furniture was nice. Showers had good pressure and cost me some extra money as my family now wants the same shower head at home! Great space. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. Beach toys, chairs and wagon were nice. Overall one of the best rentals we have been in. We tried to book it again at the end of our trip but it was sold out- whole family sad we couldn’t bookend the trip at this amazing place. We cant wait to come back.

We were thrilled to stay at the property. We walked to most places, even the water splash pad across the bridge. The quick beach access and the infinity pool onsite helped us keep the 4 and 2 year old boys busy. There were ample choices for dining out and Publix close by for meals in. We had one concern - we found the flooring on the deck to be very dirty. The kids had black feet and hands because they played trucks on the floor at first. Then is was shoes on and the coffee table became the PlayStation. Overall, this was a fun place to stay.

I absolutely loved this place and would come back every single time. The walk to the beach is very short and so are all the restaurants! The place was clean and had a great pool with 3 private balconies. It was so spacious and probably too big for just the two of us, but plan on bringing family back too next time.

Deerfield Condo stay
The apt was large with 2 well appointed bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There were 3 patio like areas to sit in including one for breakfast. It had a very airy feeling with excellent AC and fans.. It is 2 blocks from beach and a 5 min walk to restaurants and beach shops. The Schlage lock on door was a problem as combination had to be changed every time you return to apt to find yourself locked put until texting host who provided a new combination. As nice as apt and area are, we were disappointed with the rigidity of the early 10AM checkout with the excuse that apt had to be cleaned but we left at 10 and I looked for cleaning people and nobody showed up until at least after 10. This may be a Turnkey rule but we found this off putting.
