We’re having a great stay here! The resort is decorated so nicely for Christmas, and it’s a beautiful view right on its own private beach. My kids love the heated lazy river and pool. The room is beautiful, with plenty of space and comfy beds. Staff is so friendly as well! We will be returning again.

The property itself is beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. I was not a fan of the shared balcony space.The shower had some rust areas and the floor was coming up in the room. Parking is very expensive as a guest at the hotel. The pool was much smaller then it looked and for a resort of that size they could have a nicer pool area with an outdoor bar etc. The lazy river is very small as well and they advertise it as much larger. They should do another pool area and add a hot tub and bar. The beach was beautiful and the attendants were great and chairs and umbrellas were included in the reservation. The drinks and food were delicious but very very over priced. I would probably not go back simply because the pool area is not large enough and the restaurant ocean2000 was very overpriced for small amounts of food. The staff are very attentive and polite.

This was my second time staying at Pelican Grand. I will start off by saying that the location and public areas are gorgeous. Lowe at check-in was wonderful and made sure that she could get me in a room, so that I wasn’t waiting hours like my previous visit. With that said, I would not consider this a 4-star property. The rooms are NOT clean and would not be acceptable for a 3, let alone 4 star property. Once again there were broken bath fixtures, mold and mildew in the showers- which had mediocre pressure and water temp and no air vents in the bathroom area. The floor was not cleaned prior to my visit and I had visible sand and dirt foot prints on the floors throughout. Fire pits at night didn’t work either and that was unfortunate, given the great view and location as well as the live music that is offered at this property. I feel that a lot of the problems encountered could be remedied with improved training/ standards, and attitude. Work orders should be placed by the cleaning staff or groundskeepers and quickly resolved so that the resort can meet the proper 4 star rating it claims. For the resort fees and large valet fees, I expect Noble Hotels to look into what they can do to bring this property up to par with their others. I hope changes are made and that I can bring my family back to Pelican Grand for an even better experience!

I have stayed at MANY hotels and never had such chaos when needing to switch rooms. The hotel itself was just fine however the service was less than great.

We got off a cruise ship in the morning, our room wouldnt be ready until the afternoon-and we enjoyed the lazy river, lunch etc until the room opened up. Very nice and comfortable hotel. We had the 2 queen bed suite (ocean view) and it was fantastic!
