Only thing we liked was its airport service. Otherwise it is mediocre, lack of eating facility especially for breakfast is a terrible place for long term. I would not recommend to stay at this place.

Room was noisy until almost 2am with people talking outside & was run down. We could hear the neighbours tv all night through an adjoining locked door. I noticed stains on the side of the mattress protector that had not been washed. We wouldn’t stay here again!

The breakfast was all microwaved. The rooms were not comfortable, very small. The television was small and difficult to find channels. The WiFi was very slow.

One of my worst reviews ever
One night stay in preparation for a cruise. Rooms hard to find. They said they were easy but everyone was walking around lost and looking for their room. Terrible bathroom. No towel rack though plenty of wall space for one. Instead there was a towel hook almost at the ceiling. Too high for most to reach. TV channels didn't correspond to the guide. No Foxnews though the card say it was available. Toilet water pressure inadequate to flush toilet paper. Should offer free breakfast and add to room cost. All other comparable hotels do. Blanket too short. Horrible internet. Needs upgrading.

I booked this property for the transfers from airport and to cruise port. Jet Blue delayed the flight 4 times that left us arriving after 1:00am. Staff stayed at hotel until we arrived via taxi. Shuttle to cruise ship went without a hitch. Room was good, but other guests were too loud and kept us awake most of the night. Should have booked a QUIET ROOM
