My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary after reading lots of reviews on this place first. It’s hard to park in front of the hotel for check-in, so find what you can until you get a parking pass for the garage. There is in and out privileges and the spots are tight so stay inside your lines. You don’t need a car if you’re just going to hang out on Las Olas as everything is within walking distance. There is an elevator to get from the parking garage to the hotel but be careful since people like to drive fast through there. Not sure why. Our room had a few issues with it- there was a dried up spill in front of our window, a used bar of soap in the shower between the shampoo and conditioner bottle and the water in the tub wouldn’t drain properly. When I called to the front desk they took care of it right away and the customer service was stellar. Housekeeping was in our room within 10 minutes of me calling and maintenance took care of the shower drain. I was provided a credit for the inconvenience. My husband’s birthday is in September and we will definitely return here when we come back. This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to bars, restaurants and night life. You won’t regret it.

I loved the area where the property was located. Pretty much in the heart of many dining options, river boat rides, lots of foot traffic and just a lovely area. I didn't like the fact that there was construction going on within & outside of the hotel. Just a bit annoying, but they were making improvements. I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel management might be trying to improve the hotel but have a long way to go. Upon arrival my safe wouldn't lock due to low battery, and I asked the front desk to fix it while I went to dinner which was not done. So I had to wait for the security team to show up late at night after dinner. There was only one soap provided in the bathroom, no shampoo and no conditioner or additional soap for shower. The fire alarm went off one night and after leaving the building no update or reason for the alarm was given by staff.
