Our room next to the boardwalk and beach was good for location and as far as breakfast,well the lady was rude and was not worried about anything because she was on the phone most of the time,just to many fees,and I hope I get my security deposit back,some haven't.

From check in to check out it was another pleasant stay here. Staff , as usual, was friendly and courteous. Nices touches by hospitality with the bathroom. I needed a last minute place for a couple of nights and HBH is my go to. I will be back again Thank you.

My kids typically love hotel continental breakfast but the options were limited and the staff was aggressive/hostile about checking key cards. The didn't want to go back after the first day. The office was 2-blocks away from our room and there was no in-room phone to call the office. We didn't get any service for our room for the first 3 days and when I talked to the office, they wanted me to track down the maid for them. The internet signal was too weak for the in-room TVs and I had use my phone as a hotspot in order to watch anything on the TV. The front door was barely functional. We had to slam it shut or it wouldn't latch. A beachfront hotel with laminate wood floors should provide a broom in every room.
