Nice spot. Expensive area. Room rates comparable to others in the area. In another city you could get same quality room for 1/3 the price. But for Fort Lauderdale I suppose that’s just what you get.

Mini fridge was frozen over when I arrived which led to water leaking out of the fridge onto the floor. Thermostat was not adjuatable so room was either freezing or took forever to get cold after having the window open. Overall felt the room was overpriced for the size, layout, and view. Room was very dark and musty.

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. However, the website has no information whatsoever concerning parking. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only offer valet parking. Therefore, we allowed them to park our car. The following day I went to the valet desk to have them retrieve my car, and noticed a sign that stated valet parking was $55 per night. Not only is this information not included on the website, the staff did not mention a word about it. In my opinion, if someone is paying $300 per night, the valet parking should definitely be included, if that is the only option. In addition, our stay, was due to having to evacuate from hurricane Milton, and I feel that better accommodations could have been made for those who could not necessarily afford $300 a night or $55 a night for parking.
