The inside of the rental was ok, but when I saw the neighborhood I knew I was not going to feel safe staying here. I immediately left and booked a hotel in a much better area.

NOVA Southeastern Graduation
The property was perfectly located for my daughters graduation from NSU. The neighborhood was a little run down and the proximity to the airport made it so that you could hear the planes fly overhead. If you’re a light sleeper that would be the only drawback. Place was so clean and smelled really good!

Overall, the impression of the property was good. The location was exactly as described. The parking was great, although a bit confusing as it was not specified exactly where to park. The entrance to the property was secure. Cleanliness could've been better. Trash was found under the beds and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC was cold. The townhouse was spacious and neatly decorated. We had a pleasant experience.

Reasonable for the price
Unfortunately the property was very dirty with a tremendous amount of mold. The bathroom tub was utterly disgusting and filthy with a non-working exhaust falling out of the ceiling. Bedrooms have completely sheer curtains with no blinds. Suitable for our needs for one night, but would highly avoid for a longer stay. Neighborhood also looks very sketchy.

The inside of the house was very clean and nice, but the outside was a little sketchy- the area was not good and the trash can was overflowing with trash and it smelled. the beds were nice and everything else was very good.

Great decor but had some issues
The place had modern decor and looked nice. The master bed and living room looked particularly nice. Beds were comfortable. One of the main issues we had was cleanliness. The floor was very dirty which was particularly an issue since we had a crawling baby. The stairs didn't feel very sturdy and the bottom step had a nail slightly sticking out that would prick our feet. Bath soap was missing and I had to search for the shampoo in the linen closet. As mentioned in another review, water temperature was luke warm and was uncomfortable to shower in. We could not bathe our baby in the tub as a result. The owner was available most of the time. The neighborhood didn't seem the best but it felt safe enough for us as we did not leave valuable in the car. It is close to the airport so guests should expect to hear airplane jets 24/7.

This house was perfect for our family, great communication with the owner as well. Our flight got delayed 3 times and once we finally got in all the kids wanted to do was go to bed. Everything was as shown in the picture and it was wonderful. Thank you 😊

We were in town for a work party at the Hard Rock this location was convenient 12 min drive from VRBO . Inside of town home nice surrounding area a little less appealing . Hot water was not at all hot very cool showers and need wash clothes but all in all a nice stay. Host super communicative when we had question.

Davie Close to Hard Rock
This was the perfect stay for us after a Miami Hurricanes football game at Hard Rock Stadium (approx 17 mins away). 7 mins to Hard Rock Casino which we did the next day for awesome brunch at Kuro. Would recommend again and especially for any football games or events at Hard Rock Stadium or Concerts at Hard Rock Casino. Good layout. Pictures respect the layout. Clean. Would stay again.
