Great spot!
We had a great stay here. Easy check in over text and door lock code. Decent little kitchen for cooking, comfy bed and couch, good water pressure and overall very nice space. I only stayed here 3 nights, but could easily stay longer. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to multiple restaurants and attractions. Great spot!

Vickie the property manager was very nice and helpful. She responded quickly to all our needs. Only downfall was the pool. The pool was located at a different building not far away but both times we went to check it out, it was dirty.

Location, location, location. Awesome property in a great location, the beach is literally steps away. Apartment has everything we needed, we cooked but also went to local restaurants. There is a bike path/pedestrian walkway next to the house which is great and we used to work-out daily next to the ocean, beautiful setting. Communication with property manager was outstanding. Highly recommend

Quiet neighborhood. One minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella for the beach in the unit. Tiki Tiki restaurant just a few minute walk. Dania Beach Pier also has a restaurant; you can walk to it along the beach. Nice property overall. Pool is on next block only two minute walk. Stayed 7 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet area. We stayed in the 1 Bed 1 Bath and it was plenty of room for 2 people. Beach gear was great as well. No toiletries so please remember to pack your own.

We loved and truly enjoyed our stay at the Waves on Walnut. The unit was just as described and had all you needed to spend the day at the beach: beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We also enjoyed the bikes and pool. The unit is 1/2 block from the beach and you could ride bikes on the bike path all the way to Hollywood beach. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Waves on Walnut. Very comfortable, clean, modern, located close to beach. Chairs, towels and umbrella provided. Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge and stove. Just need to buy groceries and drinks and you are set for a cozy beach getaway. Hollywood Broadwalk is a 5-7 minute bus ride away. Bus costs 2$ for adults or 5$ day pass. Our host Vickie was very responsive, pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Merci, thank you.

This is a beautiful property that is within walking distance of the beach. We liked it a lot. If I had to make one nitpicky complaint, it would be that it didn't have a dishwasher or a washer and dryer in the unit. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed.

This place is amazing. The owners have thought of everything to include beach chairs, umbrellas and it’s so clean. I was there with my wife for a quick getta way before my deployment with the military and it exceeded my expectations. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk. I will definitely be returning to this place.

We were expecting an efficiency room. When we walked in, it was a one and half bath, one bedroom apartment. The full kitchen with blender, toaster and all the utensils was absolutely wonderful. We loved that in the closet was large beach towels, beach chairs (with built in coolers) and a beach umbrella. It took us under a minute to walk to the beach, which was super nice. This property is in North Hollywood, almost to Dania Beach. South Hollywood beach and Dania Beach were both super packed, yet the beach by our place was not. A lovely time floating in the water, watching the pelicans dive for their lunch!
