Daniella at the front desk was really great and most people were really helpful. There was one lady that had a bad attitude when I asked for a late checkout but I think it was because I was waiting in line behind another guest that she was just chatting with casually…the other guest had to ask if I needed help instead of the woman working.

I won’t stay here ever again
I stayed in this hotel for 10 days my room was at the 4th floor,elevator was broken for the 10 days I was at the hotel .exterior of the hotel looks pretty good,inside was ok room was clean but First day very strong smell like pine-sol after that humidity smell .for what I can see this is a long term stay hotel so if you are looking for a quiet hotel after a long day at work this is not you place dogs barking, people moving furniture inside the room, slamming doors, loud tv and this was almost all night long .my room will run out of hot water if you wait to take shower late at night , tv was only for display no even local channels. Resections was ok to check in and check out rest of the staff they don’t even say good morning I don’t want to make this to long you get the point I won’t stay here ever again.

needs major upgrade
the room had paint coming off the wall the desk chair leather was cracked and peeling bad the bed was uncomfortable pillows were not firm at all making it hard to have a comfortable night of sleep and to top it off the elevator was out had to take the stairs the entire 3 days of my stay smh

The elevator was NOT working. Their should've been a discount off of EVERYONE'S stay for that specific reason. Elderly people climbing steps to the 3rd and 4th floor is UNACCEPTABLE.

Llegué el viernes a la madrugada porque mi vuelo se reprogramo muchas veces al llegar al hotel pensé que iba a descansar me dieron una habitación sucia, sin almuadas,la cama con una sola sábana, la mesa llena de polvo, la heladera tenia esta sucia y llena de cosas y baño estaba sucio, la bañera lleno de pelo,había un sopapa en una bolsa detrás del inodoro y las toallas no estaban limpias fue toda una pesadilla y al día siguiente tuve que salir temprano para hacer unos trámites al regresar a la tarde limpiaron la habitación me dejaron almuada,shampoo,jabón toallas limpias ,sabanas,limpiaron la heladera pero nunca más nunca voy a volver a este lugar

Bed was clean. But floors felt sticky, bathroom smelled moldy. After a night here. I don’t think I’ll come back here if I can help it. Staff was good. The fire alarm testing that was going on… glad I was awake.
