I gotta Check-in before I'm allowed to Check-in.I am told that I need a two hundred dollar cash deposit. First, remind me on the 3rd floor horrible smell but can't be room very nasty. Second room very nice. It was clean. On the 4th floor. Elevator's broken ice machine is broken. Breakfast room. Holes in the wall curtains about the fall out of the wall.

Check in and check out was a breeze the staff was courteous and apologetic for the amount of stuff not working or available. The elevator was out of order. The jacuzzi was out of order. The beds were a little uncomfortable for me and the continental breakfast was nothing special. The coffee maker was having issues and there was only decaf available. This felt like this place needed a lot of help.

Hot tub black not cleaned for over a month. Pool needed to be cleaned as well. Elevator broken so everyone had to use stairs who were not on the first floor.

I have stayed there before and it was half decent. My last trip was very disappointing. I was on the fourth floor. Elevator was broken. Nobody offered to carry my luggage up the stairs. Elevator was broken the full time. I was there for four days. No offer a refund

Our first room, the refrigerator was leaking all over our second room. The fridge was leaking, but not as bad....since we had already moved, we weren't going to move again with the elevator being out of prder. This room had black mold on the ceiling. Not a good stay at all.

Gross, dirty, sinky, moldy.
Evacuated due to Hurricane Milton and chose the Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers near the Airport because it was not in a flood zone and it accepted pets. It was a very bad choice. Checked in to a room that had a window that wasn't in the frame. It leaked and rattled. Told the front desk clerk and was told there are no other rooms. The desk clerk rudely said I had 2 choices: 1) you can stay in the room or 2) he would refund my money and I could leave. Couldn't leave due to unavailability of rooms in the area. The room was damp, had the smell of urine that overpowered the perfumed deodorizer. The sofa was broken, but it was wet anyway so it couldn't be used. There was water seeping up from under the floors. Maintenance provided duct tape, so I could tape the window back in place. There was no coffee pot, no breakfast, no room service. The lobby coffee pot didn't work. Room refrigerator door was rusty. Cabinet finishes had pealed and delaminated. Walls and ceilings were dirty and in need of repair and paint. Two staff members were friendly and professional. Juan the maintenance guy, and Tina at the front desk. Met many guests because most didn't want to be in their rooms because they were in similar condition. The complained of backed up toilets, mold, stench, broken window glass, etc. This hotel was horrible. It should be shut down.

The room smelled from mold. We were placed in a room that had mold on the ceiling and smelled terrible. We requested a different room and was moved to a room that did not have visable mold but still smelled terrible. Avoid this property! Could not get money back because we booked through expedia, In the days before Expedia, you could pay day by day and not have to worry about overpaying for a bad hotel. I may stop using Expedia for that reason.

The room was terrible water spots all over the ceiling and other people complained at the front seat that the roof was leaking on the 4th floor. Bathroom was dirty and water pressure in the shower was horrible. Overall never would stay again ever
