The location was convenient. I stayed there for work. To be franc I had a little hard time sleeping the first night … AC sound and pillow, I talked to the staff and a gentleman offered options for the AC. Having breakfast included was convenient as well.

Convenient hotel for dinner train & Palm Theater
First time staying in Ft. Myers. Loved this hotel. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the venues we were attending (Murder Mystery Dinner Train & Broadway Palms Theater).Tawanna was great checking us in. Breakfast was good and Soheir, the breakfast staff person was very friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing. Will definitely come back.

Great option for a weekend getaway. The distance to Sanibel Island was less than 30 minutes. The staff provided great service and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast area provided many options for breakfast and was extremely clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a great weekend!

People at check in were help full all the time. It looks a good place, Breakfast was good, the lady at breakfast was nice all the time. One thing I care a lot when I am staying in any hotel is the bed, I had to ask for a new pair of sheets cause they are not changing sheets mines were dirty when we check in, later the last day of my stay here I took a second room and sadly sheets were dirty again. I have to say that when this happens all the time , housekeeping supervisors needs to pay more attention to this point. Dirty sheets can cause you many diseases. You don't want to sleeps over the sweat of other people .
