Broken shower and awful breakfast
The shower in my room wasn’t working and when I repotted, the lady at the front desk didn’t want to give another room, she just kept saying it’s not her fault, aftejr long time arguing, she accept to change my room. But the lady was very unfriendly, bad mood and ruge. Also the breakfast was awful, only granola bars and coffee that taste anything but no coffee. The worst experience that I’ve ever had.

New clean hotel with poor service
Hotel was clean, in a nice area. Breakfast was NOT breakfast. There was only 4 cups of yogurt, ONE muffin, granola bars and coffee. We stayed on a Wednesday night and I asked about late checkout for Thursday, the front desk told me that he could only do late checkout until 12 and there would be an additional charge. ????!!!!! Checkout was at 11, why would I pay the extra for an hour? There were no dishes in the room and three front desk guy had to hand me some with the coffee maker to take up to my own room. He said they don't put any dishes in the kitchen bc people steal them. Incorporate that into your cost then! They can do so much better at this hotel and SHOULD.
