First thing upon arriving there were no luggage carts. Second was they said I did not have my desired room type available. I was traveling with an associate that I could not share a bed with. Who wants to deal with this when working three 15 hour days straight? He was stuck on a foldout couch. They overbooked and gave my confirmed room away. Complained and they refused to offer me a refund because there was availability. If there was availability how come my room was unavailable??? I stayed at Hyatt Places before and they have been modernized and comfortable. If you want to stay in a dated hotel with an obnoxious tapping on the ceiling you could stay here. But, if you don’t want your tap water to smell like sulfur, towels to smell like maple syrup and have 1 washcloth for 2 people I would not stay here. Food was left in the fridge available for the next person to enjoy.

They will never refund your deposit
Once they know you are international they will never refund your deposit, I have been waiting for more than 12 days and never get it back. When I ask them about it they will tell you the issue with your bank. I check with the bank and they told there is nothing refunded, all hotels released the deposit in the same time at the check out except this hotel

The stay was amazing love the hotel but I was not too happy with being being charged for a canceled room with in minutes of the reservation one of my guys had already left because we were not sure if they had any rooms available hotels .com charged me for a cancelation
