The home’s private and somewhat remote location has grounds surrounded by a 2 acre lush natural setting of mature oak trees and native landscape that backs up to The Savannas Natural Land Preserve. You are a beautiful 15 minute drive to restaurants, stores and ocean shores. Wake up to a sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway and beautiful Hutchinson Island, with spectacular water views of the Indian River from the Master Bedroom Suite. Be on the lookout for amazing local wildlife, including dolphins, pelicans and osprey. This sprawling 3400 square foot single level home boasts a spacious layout offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, 2 screened in porches and gorgeous grounds. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry soap, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

Great location! Clean and comfortable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to grocery store and lots of shopping. House was clean and the front porch views were beautiful. We even saw dolphins from our location. Definitely would rebook again with no hesitation. Thank you for the wonderful family memories we created.
