Brand new appliances, 3 TVs, furnishings, air conditioning, an abundance of closet space, free WiFi and everything else you need to feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer. Community has loads of amenities including 4 heated pools, a private beach, onsite restaurant and tiki bar. Play a game of bocce ball, basketball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis or enjoy the 9 hole golf course. There is an onsite fitness center, children's and adult bicycles included. Excellent large property, well stocked, great ocean view, all the comforts of home and a few more. Laurie and Mark extremely helpful responding quickly to all our questions. An enclosed car garage a plus.

Amazing condo
The condo was just perfect, the condo itself was perfectly decorated and with all the necessary furnishings, including beach equipment. We loved the view of the water and proximity to the beach. The private access pool and hot tub area was a bonus. OV has many amenities and the area was great to walk and bike.We loved the walk to the jetty and back every day. Met very nice people but best of all was working with Laurie and Mark. They were very responsive and the communication was excellent. Thank you both so much, we look forward to our next visit. In the eight years we have rented in Ocean Village, this is without a doubt the best rental. The condo was complete with everything we needed for our stay. Having a garage was an added plus.

Ocean Village is beyond incredible!
My husband and I spent two months this year, Feb and March 2021 during the pandemic, in this condo in Ocean Village and we had a terrific time. The condo is well appointed, clean, and beautifully laid out. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items for cooking, including pans, coffee pot, blender, dishes, glasses, silverware etc. The mattress on the king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Coffee in the morning on the side porch, sunsets in the evening on the front porch, what more could you ask for. I participated in all the open activities in OV, tennis lessons with Raymond and Emile, pickleball, golf, yoga, water aerobics, walking, biking, pools, shuffleboard, bocce, and of course swimming and riding the waves. Everyone in OV was very friendly and helpful, it just doesn't get better than this. The owner, Laurie, is the best! Her communication with us was spot on. My only regret is that I wasn't quick enough to book this condo for 2022. Enjoy! Carol

Excellent place to stay
The condo is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, it was immaculately clean with organization throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed for cooking. Watching the beautiful sunrise each morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee, started the day on a perfect note. We appreciated Laurie's quick response to any of our questions. We look forward to returning next year!

Relaxing Vacation Spot
This rental property provided everything that was advertised and more. The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped for Florida living and activities. It was enjoyable to have coffee on the screened in balcony overlooking the ocean at sunrise each morning. We enjoyed the many amenities that Ocean Village had to offer including the direct access to the beach for exercise and shell collecting, pools, hot tubs and the Tiki Bar. The owner, Laurie, responded quickly to all of my sometimes silly questions. Thank you Laurie for making our two week sibling visit and my retirement trip so memorable! I look forward to returning in the near future!

We spent three wonderful weeks in Ocean Village. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. We especially enjoyed morning coffee in either of the two screened balconies facing the ocean or pool Owners were terrific.

Everything was perfect!
French version follows We stayed 25 nights. Condo was very clean at arrival. Recently and nicely renovated. Few steps from the beach and the swimming pool. Lots of space in the condo. Laurie was always available and prompt to respond to any questions we had. Ocean village offers a secure environment with all the facilities you need for a perfect vacation. We will definitely go back. Nous avons séjourné 25 jours dans le condo de Laurie. Celui-ci était d'une propreté impeccable lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Le condo est grand, a été rénové récemment et comportait tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Laurie a répondu sur le champ à tous nos courriels lorsque nous avions des questions.
