Welcome to A Wave from It All, a beautiful, pet friendly condo with access to resort style amenities in Ocean Village. This completely renovated 1st floor, corner-unit condo, steps from the ocean, is the perfect spot to spend your Florida beach vacation. Wake up to a beautifully updated kitchen, enjoy countless amenities the community has to offer, then unwind on the back porch with a glass of wine while hearing waves crash in the background. Its truly the perfect way to spend the day.
Within the gates of our vibrant oceanfront community, you will have access to a Par-3 nine-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, an oceanfront bar and restaurant, an outdoor tiki-bar (which is the locals favorite hang-out spot), tennis courts, a full-size gym and over 3,500 ft of pristine beach.

*Please note the Main Pool is currently closed for repair; however, there are 3 other pools available to use. Please feel free to contact us for the latest updates.

The Space:
A Wave from It All is completely renovated with luxury vinyl floors throughout. The kitchen is spacious with a stainless-steel appliance package, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink and all the kitchen essentials to make you feel right at home. The condo has an open concept and a large bedroom with king size bed. There is also a full-size washer and dryer as well as a dedicated workspace, for those that are required to login during the day. The condo also has a bar area equipped with a 12-bottle wine fridge.

Location:
A Wave from It All is located in Ocean Villas 1 within the Ocean Village Community. Its desirable location is in the heart of all the action. A tennis court is located right behind the unit and the soon to be completed club house, putting green and Hole 1 of the golf course is located to the left of the building. The condo is also located steps away from the restaurant, main swimming pool, tiki bar, and the ocean!

Wonderful one bedroom
So well equipped. Didn’t want for anything. Just a short walk to the beach and all the residents we met were so friendly. We took our little fur baby with us and he loved to go to the beach early in the morning. If you like to dine when you vacation there are lots of really good places to eat. Jamie is so easy to work with and if there is ever a problem you can count on her.

My husband and I love coming to Ocean Village and very much love this condo. Super clean, well stocked, cute decor. Rarely do you have space to unpack your stuff. This condo has the whole bedroom dresser empty so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. A really nice feature. In addition, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were supplied as well. Even snacks were available to enjoy along with K pods. Nice touch. Communication with Jamie was awesome. We felt like we were communicating with a friend. It was a great week and definitely plan to return. Rent it, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Jamie. You are a super host!!

Stayed a week with my wife for a FL getaway. Jamie is an outstanding host. The place was immaculate and it’s in a perfect location in a gated community on Hutchinson Island. You are literally a 1 minute walk from the beach. Jamie did an outstanding job communicating check in and check out procedures and even left some snacks, bottled water and a hand written welcome note for us. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Amazing OV Condo
This Ocean Village condo was amazing and deserves a full five stars. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Location was ideal. It was steps from the golf course, the beach, and the new community center. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, utensils, etc. that we needed to cook some great meals. The storage closet included bicycles, beach chairs, wagon, etc. for our recreation. The owner was very responsive and cooperative to our inquiries. Just one example...When I informed her that a bicycle tire was flat she paid me to get it fixed (which I was glad to do).

Amazing stay on Hutchinson Island
My husband and I are stayed here for around 10 days with our corgi Lulu. My sister joined us for 4 of those days. It was lovely and we highly recommend the home. It's well decorated and really well stocked. The building itself is a bit old but the home isquite modern itself. It's right by the beach and the community is has good amenities (pool, community center l, restaurant etc) Above all the host was INCREDIBLE. Jamie was really helpful through our stay answering any questions she had. Anybody looking for a relaxing, fun, beach vacation should rent this home

Great place to stay for a couple who love the salt life. Jamie was the perfect hostess and made sure we had everything we needed at her very clean and beautifully decorated condo. She went the extra mile and included some snacks and an assortment of coffee pods for our use. I recommend this place and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Jamie’s place is lovely—exactly as pictured and described. She really thought of everything. Unfortunate that the large pool is out of commission for at least a year but the beach is spectacular and the other smaller pools are certainly fine.

Nice stay
The entire condo has been updated. Beautiful white with accents of turquoise, tropical decor, quartz counter tops, butcher block bar area with a wine fridge. All appliances are brand new, new cookware, & a new full size washer/dryer. First floor condo with a screened in back patio. The pictures don’t show all the details, but it’s very nice.
