Our recently renovated boutique property, with 8 units onsite, offers a prime location close to the beach, Okaloosa Island, Downtown FWB, and the Bay, yet far from tourist traps and the city's hustle and bustle. Our beach-themed rooms are designed to make you feel right at home, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities for your comfort and convenience.

Each room features a fully stocked kitchenette with a coffee bar, cookware, plates, utensils, a two-burner stovetop, fridge, freezer, and microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. There is also free onsite laundry and free parking, making it perfect for a longer stay or a TDY to Eglin or Hulburt.

Relax on our Zinus gel-infused memory foam mattresses while you enjoy streaming your favorite shows on our smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services available, and stay connected with super-fast WiFi.

Our rooms are generously set up to maximize space, with a separate living room area and dining area, as well as a desk for your work needs. Our stylish and modern beach-vibe design will make you feel welcome and relaxed during your stay.

Our units are designed to fit two people comfortably, but we can accommodate a third person on the couch if needed. Whether you're here for a short vacation or a long-term stay, Seaside Escape has everything you need for an enjoyable trip.

Guest Access:
You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

You will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to - there are some awesome restaurants and activities right nearby!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has several businesses on the road front and residential properties beyond that. You’re only several blocks from shopping and local attractions, with the Bay and beaches on Okaloosa island only a few minutes drive.

Getting Around:
Parking is along the street, on the property side Gipson Pl (west side) and a driveway with one handicap spot. It’s best to have a car to get around but Uber and Lyft are available, and there’s a ton of options in walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Seaside Escape is a limited-service multi-unit property, meaning we do not have management on-site. Think of it as 8 individual units, just located together. We DO have a reliable cleaning staff that is on-site every day and who can be available if really needed. But we set it up so you can access extra supplies as needed in the laundry/supply room. And we’re always a call or message away if you need us

Other guests will be present, there are 8 separate rooms in the building. So if you are looking for complete seclusion, this may not be the best option. But what we lack for seclusion we make up for a boutique experience in a beautifully newly decorated and newly renovated room!

Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units and unfortunately, sometimes noise can be heard because of thin walls.

Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out is not guaranteed. We will do our best to clean and sanitize the unit quickly if you desire an early check-in.

The property is located one block off the main strip of Eglin Parkway, tucked between 2 other businesses in a regentrifying area, meaning it's an older part of town that new life is being brought into with new developments and quality remodels like Seaside Escape. And though the property is well-lit, the street is dark at night so it may seem eerie to some. There's also a club on the next block that can be a little noisy on Saturday nights. The police and fire department are only 1 block away so it is a safe neighborhood - we just want to make you aware of the area!

For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

In accordance with updated camera laws, we have installed a security camera that covers all the exterior entryway doors, the laundry room door, the back of the building, and some of the road beside the property. Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. Thank you for your understanding.

Interaction with Guests:
We have cleaning staff who can be available when needed or for extenuating circumstances/emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure - easy as pie. Extra supplies and amenity items are stored on-site for you and if needed we'll share instructions on how you can access them.
