Just DON’T
Do not waste your time. I wish there was a way for me to attach pictures!! Bugs! Cockroaches. I reached out to support and was informed they weren’t allowed to do anything but we were more than welcome to go purchase whatever we’d like and we could send them the receipt to be reimbursed!! Are you kidding me!? The top bunk rail doesn’t even go up above the mattress so our two three year olds had to sleep with us because one of them wasn’t going to sleep in the hallway without the other. The door knobs were all about the fall off for both of the bathroom doors. There is mildew/or mold (I’m assuming) around the bathroom vent. There was no fitted sheets for the pull out couch. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and a decent amount of pots but zero oven pans. The toaster was broken, but they were very quick and responsive to bring us a new one. The fridge didn’t seem to be cooling correctly so they came to check and also agreed.. the freezer didn’t seem to have any issues. They were speedy to bring up a spare fridge to get us by for the week.. even though they told us they call us to let us know when the maintenance guy could come by etc.. never received that follow up call.. it seems like all of the other condos were apart of the program and got free chair/umbrella rental etc.. they give you a pool/gate access code for absolutely no reason because there is no where that it even ask for one.
