C402 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, greens, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. this home has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Overall the place was clean. The air works well, so you will stay cool when you’re ready to go back to the condo. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. And the washer and dryer were a great plus to have for cleaning the beach wear. The kitchen has minimal cooking items if you’re looking to do some cooking. But plenty of space for the family or friends.

Perfect beach getaway
We loved this property, especially my four year old son. The multiple pool areas were perfect when we needed a break from the ocean. The condo was very easily situated right at the parking deck but it is a bit of a haul down to the ocean. There is no beach wagon like I have seen in other units so keep that in mind. Our only issue was that communication while we were at the condo was not great with the property manager. The coffee pot did not work our first morning and the text messages we sent didn't get us anywhere. We had to call the main Vacasa number and be put on hold for awhile. They did give us a new one but didn't have coffee our first day. There was also not a hair dryer in the unit and the listing said there was. The kitchen was very minimally stocked. Only two trash bags, one baking pan, no salt/pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Just know this going in. Otherwise we loved the unit and would likely stay here again.

Beautiful Kid Friendly Condo Resort
Waterscape is our favorite destination at the beach. It has a lazy river, a kids pool and two other pools and hot tubs. Free beach service and great views. This condo was very clean and updated, everything worked, even the icemaker and water on the fridge. It was as nice as any condo we have stayed in at Waterscape and we've been there 5 times now. Waterscape is ideal destination if your taking kids to the beach.

1st family vacation on Florida
We love the location of this property, we visited the boardwalk, Floyd‘s shrimp palace, Gulfarium, as well as Willys, wild adventure zone. The amenities on site or perfect for our two boys with great beach access. The only complaints we had was there were multiple outlets in the property that did not work as well as the one on the balcony.

We had a great time! The view was good, the location was good, patio was big and always shaded. Only complaint is the guest room mattress is terrible. Also wish they provided seasonings in the kitchen, at the bare minimum salt and pepper.
