This is a charming 1 bedroom basement apartment. Included in the apartment is a full size kitchen with all the appliances and cooking supplies you'll need, as well as a spacious living room for you to relax in. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a Roku Smart TV for your enjoyment.

You'll have full access to the entire basement apartment as well as the laundry room located in the main house above.

This is apartment is located in a large spacious home in a residential neighborhood. The home is set back from the street and is located on Beal Pkwy which is a main road in Fort Walton Beach.

You will want to have a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft if you want to enjoy all that Ft. Walton Beach/Destin have to offer.
We have a spacious driveway with spots located in the carport as well as off to the side of the driveway.
