Don’t stay here!
I will never reserve a room where my last day of cancelation is the day before I arrive. After driving for 4 hours and seeing this hotel for the first time, went up to my room with my clothes, and I was so disappointed. The hotel was dated, dirty, dingy, and smelly. I could not stay and the manager refused to refund both of my night stays. He kept $106.36. I thought when you are dissatisfied with a product the customer’s money is refunded. I was being kind but the manager chose to hang up on me and keep my money.

If you don't get your hopes up and realize you're just sleeping there, it's fine. The hotel itself was clean and felt safe. The check in was easy and the night manager was pleasant and polite. In the room itself, things show some age-- chipping paint, knocked furniture. Nothing that impacts the stay, but noticeable. Biggest issue for me is that the room was published as sleeping 6 people. Our party had 6 people. When I asked for a 6th towel in the morning, I was told I could only have it of I brought down some dirty towels. No explanation and no apology or anything like that. This struck me as quite odd. I felt weird and slightly accused at the shear notion. But needing to shower, i obliged. Breakfast was fine. Nothing to write home about, but good nonetheless. Without the incident with the towels I may not have taken the time to even write a review. The stay was fine, the facility was average. It was just that weird interaction.

I would stay again.
Check in was good. The room was nice with a desk and couch. Everything worked fine except the toilet was loose from the floor and didnt flush properly. Ive stayed at this hotel 1 night in August for the last 5 years and I will stay again next year. Very convenient.

Avoid this one
We pulled into this hotel after 10pm and there were kids running around in the parking lot. At check-in, the hotel lobby smelled like weed. We were greeted with another, unidentified stench when we entered our room. It was clear that they tried to hide the odor with air freshener, but that just made it worse. Overall, the room was dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was water damaged. The carpet was extremely wet (I'm guessing this was their attempt to clean up whatever was the cause of the smell). The couch, floor, mattress, and bedding were all stained. We debated on even staying, but after a full day of travel, we were exhausted. We will NEVER stay here again.

Really needs an update, our room was musty and bathroom smelled like smoke. Just dated all around. The kids liked the pool. Waffle maker was disfunctional and dangerous. Not a great breakfast selection.

Dried blood on our sheets, blow dryer was broken (sister didn’t even have one in her room for me to borrow), one person working front desk and trying to run breakfast, just all around a dirty place. Heard a lot of complaints from other guests as well. Will never stay here or recommend this place again. Corporate should be ashamed.

This hotel is not well Maintained. The rooms are dirty and in great need of updating. The curtains are falling off the wall. The floor molding is rotted and falling off. Beds were old. Do not plan on using what looks like a lobby to socialize outside of your room. We were there for a basketball tournament and were kicked out of the “lobby” multiple times. One time in the evening which was understandable due to noise. But I was also kicked out around 10:30am when trying to play a game of cards with two small children. The breakfast was terrible, no protein option was offered along with a sad selection of toasts and muffins. There are several other hotels that share a parking lot with this hotel, I would recommend staying at one of these before this one.

Staff and service were great, everything was clean, breakfast was good and well stocked. Hotel was easy to find and easily accessible from the highway. Lots of dining options around. Only downside is the furniture could use some updating in the rooms but it did not affect the quality of our stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. My sink was stopped up for an entire week. No one could find a plumber in a weeks time to get a clog out. Breakfast was sub-par. One day no forks, never hot water for tea, cold egg disks, reheated cold hard sausages and spoiled orange juice. I told the front desk 3 days that the orange juice was spoiled, and they didn’t change it. Shampoo dispenser in my room was out, obvious to anyone, and they didn’t change it. They just handed me a bottle and expected me to do it. The landscape people were putting in new mulch and hit the front of my car with wet mulch and left a scratch. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Garbage was over flowing in the rubbish bin right outside the front door. There are many more hotels to choose from very close. Find another one!

Front desk person asked way too many personal questions of me, a woman traveling solo. Hallway to my room reeked of cigarette smoke the minute you stepped off the elevator, despite it being a no smoking area. Rooms were of questionable cleanliness and, honestly, I didn’t feel safe there. TV control did not work and the breakfast was not open until 9am as I had been told. Would definitely not stay here again.
