Two drawers were open and didn’t close. The ceiling had something disgusting marked on it. The bathroom was old and needed to be updated with grout and paint. The toilet was so low! I’m short and I still felt like I was a giant. Lighting was horrible. I couldn’t even see to put on my makeup properly. No fan in the bathroom. The sink was cracked. The walls were all marked throughout the hotel. The elevator was disgustingly dirty and I didn’t even want to touch the buttons, so we started using the stairs. We showed up a minute after breakfast the first day since we had no idea what time it was open. All the food was out and the lady was rude and wouldn’t let us have anything. On the third day, I asked why our room was never freshened up. We had no towels. I was informed they don’t clean the room if you don’t stay a week. We happened to be staying a week, so I have no idea what that meant. He did give us a few towels. I would never stay here again.

While we did enjoy our stay at the Wyndam Garden Inn we only had one problem, the heat/air conditioning didn't work very well so we had to change from one to the other and at times turn the unit totally off to be comfortable. Otherwise the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and they serve a very nice breakfast as well! We will definitely be back to stay there and hopefully the heating problem in room 264 will be corrected by then.:) !!

Great Stay!
Clean, updated room. Great breakfast options. Comfortable stay! We stayed here after a concert at the Clyde Theatre. It was only about 20 min away and there are plenty of restaurants around too.

The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We spent extra for a tub room and it’s right by the hotel laundry. In and out all day long and they don’t care how loud they are. They slam everything around. We got zero sleep. It’s like they run into the doors and walls with their carts and don’t even care. We also called about an early check in because we were coming from out of town. Girl on the phone was super nice and said yes that would be fine and went ahead and set it up. When we arrived hours early the next day the guy working the front desk was very rude and said there weren’t any rooms available yet and we were sol. I didn’t really care but his attitude was awful. It was clean but had a lot of things that needed fixed. Not relaxing and not e got zero rest. I left my kids to relax and didn’t get that opportunity at all. Total rip off.
