It has a great pool area. The breakfast was tasty. The coffee in the breakfast area was terrible. The bed was also uncomfortable. It needs some small repairs here and there. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Overall i woukd stay here again.

We did not get the room as advertised. Supposed to get 2 queen beds with sofa bed. Went to front desk and was told that their kitchenette did not come with sofa bed ( so why the heck did you advertise as such?) She also added that I was the 5th person today to complain about this…. REALLY???!!!! Sounds like a refund to me.

I don’t understand where all the good reviews for this hotel come from. Checking in there was no problem, but once we got up to the floor of our room it was awful. There was trash in the hallway, the beds were terrible, there was what appeared to be blood on the back of the bathroom door, there was an god awful smell coming from the bathroom, and the people on the floor above us were stomping around all night. After going back down to ask about cancelling our reservation for the next night, the woman behind the desk was rude, she couldn’t tell us what the cancellation fee would be and acting like our questions were interrupting whatever she was doing on her personal laptop. After being told we did not have a reservation for the next night even though I was charged for two nights, we decided to book another room at a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Outdoor BBQ patio needs some work. Can tell it was a nice place to hangout in it's day, but now looks abondoned. No outdoor chairs, recliners, bar stools, etc. Didn't try the BBQ, but assume it doesn't work. The room was clean, furniture seemed dated. Larger TV would be nice. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice.

Great price for a lot of comfort
Dorothy, breakfast server, was very efficient and friendly. There were a lot of workers eating and she kept the food coming. We enjoyed the coffee, breakfast. Unfortunately ran out of hot water in the shower and the coffee maker in the room was unusable due to "generic" coffee filter tray that caused it to leak. Housekeeping tried valiantly to help but couldn't supply the right tray for the coffee pod.
