Hotel is right off the main high way so it was really busy. The room was really clean other than the smoke smell in my no smoking room it was ok. There were alot kids staying in the hotel so it was a bit loud at times but kids will be kids.

Nice spacious rooms elevator was out during our stay but it helped me get some steps in lol the only thing that was not good was the breakfast. The eggs were still cold the potatoes looked raw and the sausages were also cold

The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. The first room we were given smelled of smoke and had to change rooms. The elevators were broke so that was inconvenient with suitcases etc. But overall a nice stay.

Well the rooms where am I clean?The elevator was broken.The pool had at least a 100 people in it It sounded like they were having a dance party in the room of People were knocking on doors while we were trying to sleep and running up-and-down the hallways.It was a horrible, horrible experience.Who will never return to a hampton inn and suites ever again Then Then the front desk lady fixed my card for my My room it's still didn't work after The lead room service lady Was rude and obnoxious I need a refund on my rooms for those For the unpleasant stay
