Great convenient place from the convention center. Appreciated the shuttle picking and dropping us off. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great. Great atmosphere all together. I would stay there again

Cowtown experience.
Staff was friendly and professional. First room didn't look clean and had bathroom sink leak from the faucet across the top. Staff moved us to another room quickly. On 2 mornings of the stay, the hotel ran out of hot water. There should be a plan to get a water supply system that can handle the hotel at full capacity in the downtown area of a major city. Also, water pressure is low. There were stains on sheets and wifi was spotty. Breakfast was fine.

Hotel was in the corner and parking garage was behind, there were no signs directing you from the parking garage to the door. It was dark when my son and I checked in and there was not a lot of light. Shows head in the room did not work, the bath tub plug did not work, so I didn’t even get to shower. On top of the the electric blinds would not shut all the way so we couldn’t even sleep in cause the sun was shining right in our face. Won’t ever stay here again!

Overall the hotel was very clean. The parking was the worst. Very limited parking spaces and if you drive a truck or SUV it's extremely hard to get in or out of the spaces. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast and coffee were not ready on time. We checked out at 7 am and the coffee wasn't even started. They told us they were about to start getting everything ready. (Was told 6-10 am was breakfast on Mondays) the staff was very friendly and kind and the rooms were clean.

It was so run down and filthy. The elevator is terrifying, the room was dingy with roaches in the bathroom. The shower only ran scalding hot water. If you switched to cooler it shut off to a trickle. The cover on the AC fell off within minutes of us entering the room. They sent maintenance to fix it but they could not because it was not the cover for the brand of unit. You could hear every neighboring room like the people were in the room with you. Weed clouds everywhere you went in the hotel. The ONLY saving grace for this hotel was the friendly staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
