Traveling a lot, I can say that this hotel offers a great bang for the buck ratio. Separate seating area in standard rooms is great. You can tell from the doors that the facility is not new, but it's clean and definitely a good deal.

this hotel is disgusting! carpets smells terrible from the ground floor up to the 6th floor where our room is. frankly speaking i was looking forward to spend my vacation into ‘i thought it would be clean and cozy’ but the moment i stepped in to the front desk, my feeling is very disappointed. the receptionist was nice though.

Hotel room had stains on carpet. Wanted to use blanket that was provided but it looked like it had not been cleaned in forever, underneath where blanket was had dust bunnies and cobwebs. NASTY.

Great Location. Hotel is weathered and needs to be spruced up. It's clean but old. Price point is good. If you need to get in and out of the Dallas area on a budget, it's a good place to choose.

The fridge didn’t work and we lost $100 worth of food. We also found cockroaches in our room and left the facility. They will not refund for our food. Orbitz got us a full refund after the hotel was only going to give us a partial Refund even though we were only there a few hours.
