Sporting events are very popular in Mansfield, and a big reason why there is subtle, yet attractive sporting decor and landmark references throughout the interior to showcase what the area has to offer!
We have placed instructions on how to operate all of the cool features of our home to create an easy-going stay for you. If any of your questions are not clearly answered, you have the ability to message us anytime through the Airbnb app.
You will have full use of the 4 smart Fire TV’s throughout the home, one in each room and living space. Each sleeping area has plugs and dedicated USB power chargers easily accessible on the bed-side. The Washer/Dryer will be available for your use if desired with all the necessary items.
Basic snacks, coffee items, and much more will be readily awaiting your arrival!
You will have your complete privacy during your stay, and if you need anything we are not far if needed.
Back Patio has comfortable seating and tables for 6, and additional chairs are available if needed in game room. Outside you can relax on the Gazebo, grill up some food, or play Corn-Hole all available for your leisure!
WiFi, Netflix, and smart TV’s with services of your choice are all available for your use.

If you plan to spend the day playing sports we got you covered! We have supplied a cleat scrubber out front so you can get all that pesky dirt off.
Garage will be accessible during you stay, and you may keep up to 2 normal sized cars inside. We do not supply the garage opener clickers, but you may open an close to park in garage with button inside.
The home is not currently lived in and solely for travelers, but is fully stocked in the Kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates/bowls, glasses, cups, and cooking utensils you could need. The pantry has a whole supply and variety of spices.
Dog friendly home! Feel free to request a spot for your furry friend at this home. General cleaning supplies will be available in the event you need to clean something up.
The entire home, backyard, and garage will be available to guests fully for their use.
We will be available to assist with anything you need, and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over 14 years of property management experience. We will be readily available and in the area should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.
Just down the street is a quiet walkway residents call, the "Green Belt", which is a walkway leading through the back of homes for a nice stroll leading to the community pool, park, and soccer goals.
Head North on to Holland Street just as you exit the front of the neighborhood and keep driving straight to Broad Street. If you take a left at the light and take Broad a few miles you will reach the Historic Downtown Mansfield on Main Street while passing many popular restaurants in Mansfield.
If you go Straight through the light, then right onto 360 Tollway, it will take you to many local attractions whether you take I-20 East/West, such as the Arlington Parks Mall, Grand Prairie Outlet Mall, Arlington Highlands, and many more.
Keep North on 360 and not too far down you will reach all the adrenaline you've been looking for at the, World Record Setting - Six Flags Over Texas.
Pets Allowed with the exception of cats. NO cats allowed. Two (2) dogs max, up to 20 lbs. each.
Any pets that will be brought into the home will need to be specifically requested, and listed before/after reservation. Pets are an additional $30 per pet, per night.
Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for a same-day check in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

PARKING:
- Primarily use the driveway as much as possible. If street parking is necessary, do not block anyone’s driveway. Parking in the middle of the cul-de-sac is not allowed anytime.
- The Garage will be accessible during your stay, and you may keep up to 2 normal-sized cars inside. We do not supply the garage opener remotes, but you may open and close to park in the garage with a button inside.

House Rules & Guidelines:
- You are free to use the cookware and appliances as they are meant to be used at your discretion.
- No smoking inside the house, or on-premises within 6-feet of any doorway.
- Pick up after any pets.
- Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay, and if you have any complaints or concerns from neighbors during your stay feel free to provide our contact info and let us deal with any issues so you can enjoy your stay and leisure!

[Reservation Holder]
It is required that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in rental, and you may be required to verify prior to check-in.
[Booked Guest Count]
Booked Guest Count must be accurate to the best of your ability, and can be altered prior to arrival. We reserve the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel your reservation if you arrive with an excess of a guest count, or is otherwise brought to our attention. Necessary accommodations will only be prepared for the listed amount of guests.
[Events/Parties]
NO parties or events unless explicitly granted privilege IN WRITING. You must also acknowledge:
• Unauthorized Event/Party: If it is discovered renter has an unauthorized party or event of any kind, renter will be immediately be charged an initial fee of $500 for the violation. This does not include any additional expenses or fees we may incur in an effort to clean/remedy the property back to the condition it was provided to renter.
• Demand to Vacate: You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if we discover a violation of event/party policy, and in this event, no refund will be provided.
[Pets]

[Payment Processing]
Refunds requested by the traveler, and cancellations initiated by the traveler, may be subject to forfeiting the payment processing fee (~3%) depending on the booking platform used for payment that has been collected directly by us. Payments made to channels are will be based on that entity's policies.
[Early/Late Check-In/Out]
Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand. We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in. If we approve, the fee schedule is as follows:

[Damages]
• If renter damages the home or any of its belongings, renter may be charged
up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement of items or conditions.
• The renter will be responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace/repair any items/contents of the rental that are not returned/present on check-out or
damaged requiring replacement.
• The renter is responsible for any additional cleaning expenses incurred that are not due to normal wear and tear, or standard use of the rental.
[Holdover]
• Failure to Vacate the Property within 30 mins of Check-Out Time/Turnover Crew’s arrival after Check-Out Time: $50
