This location is much nicer than most of the other Locations in the area that are about the same price. Also feels very safe in the areand and? The only thing I wish they could add was the free breakfast.

Was a huge room. Very comfortable. Just some things are outdated. But for the price you pay it is totally worth it. Would stay there again. Plenty of room and clean!!!

This is a bare bones place. Our first room had a non-working heater and it was 45 degrees. We asked for a blanket and the desk curtly said NO. The next morning we were moved into a different room that had double beds (more expensive than our “king room”) and were told the price would be the same. It wasn’t. TV didn’t work. 4 times more water came out of the tub faucet than the shower head. Can’t recommend.

Really run down and not taken care of. The peep hole in the door was missing and they had a towel stuck in it instead of repairing. I asked if there was anything that could be done and they gave me a folded piece of paper and tape to put over it . That was their solution. Also, there was no smoke detector, just a hole in the wall where one use to be. There was a broken lamp that was unusable and pretty sure there was blood on the pillow. The bed itself seemed clean and relatively comfy. But overall , it is really run down and could use some TLC to get it back. Check in and check out was a breeze, but the conditions was very lacking . The saying you get what you pay for was definitely what we got . Overall, I would not stay there again and will not recommend.

Mold in bathroom tub. Caulking class needs to be given. Room scratcheson walls. Entry door no safety chain latch. Entry door needs painting. Couch needs professional cleaning. Upon arrival no batteries in remote. Rm 250 dog in room barking on passby...door open. Cigarette butts on stairs at stairway.

I think the young lady who works the front desk doesn't understand English as well as the 2 guys because she always repeats everything I say, but she is sweet. I tried washing my clothes last week and lost $4. I told her and she was telling me something about the maintenance guy but said nothing about my refund.

Minimal issues
I've been in this hotel for almost a month and I love it. The only issues I've had is that in my last room, the hot water didn't work. Now in this room, the remote doesn't show what channel I am watching, and I can't just push in the numbers to change the channel. But hey, you can't have it all.

I booked a non-smoking room and the room had a heavy smell of smoke. There were live and dead roaches. I had to clean the shower because it was covered in soap scum and mold. The carpet also had pet hair in the carpet and large clumps of pet hair in the corner. When I spoke to staff, all they did was apologize but did not offer any additional refunds or accommodations.
