Wonderful weekend away. Tru was great. The breakfast was amazing. It was a new building and only draw back was that last details of the shower light not cut properly and it had a jagged hole around it to see in the ceiling and the shelf in the bathroom was not level. Small details that can get over looked when putting together a project this size. Otherwise, would stay here again.

The room was nice, if a bit minimalist. There was no closet, but there was a bar with hangars in the corner. The amenities in the lobby were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Overall, the hotel is amazing. So many details really make it special. I would recommend to anyone I know. However, i observed on two different occasions what appeared to be homeless men in lobby. One i saw waiting at back door like he was used to being let inside, then again the next morning i saw him And another get on elevator. The other had a full plate of the breakfast food. The clerk at front desk when i arrived was delightful, but extremely hard to understand.

The pool was not heated and my son wanted to go swimming which is why I picked this hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor and front desk came to get me out of my room to come talk to another customer that was staying on 2nd floor that complained about noise. I did not even have the tv on and was actually putting my son to bed so noise was obviously not coming from my room. I was bothered that the front desk came to bother me all the way to 3rd floor instead of investigating to see if noise was maybe coming from next door. They could have handled the situation instead of bothering another customer. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it. I was also disappointed in the breakfast. They could have had more options.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Rude staff and very noisy. Bring your earplugs because you can hear your neighbors conversations and kids above stomping on the floor. Hotel staff said they could not control the noise level of customers and said I could leave but would not get a refund!!! I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.
