LA CINCIALLEGRA is an ancient rural house expertly restored, developed on 2 floors, with fixtures and furniture made by hand.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen with large fireplace and small wood oven, original terracotta flooring and exposed beams, complete with fridge, TV and washing machine; the bathroom with shower; terrace with pergola, table, barbecue and panoramic view of the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

On the first floor are the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds, with the possibility of adding a cot. The floors are made of wood.

Perfect for those who love silence, nature, tranquility, greenery, good air and water, walks in the mountains, in the woods and by the sea. Proximity to historical, archaeological and natural sites.

This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time.

It was a real unusual property, a rustic village house. There is a little known castle ruin a short walk up the hill. Loved the washing machine, fire, cat and the helpful owner. It is hard to find, park at the town crossroads and walk up and right. But the locals will point you to it.

The most beautiful setting, a most beautiful medieval home. We fell in love with everything there down to the very friendly cat who visited regularly. Many hiking trails and hidden places to explore. We have been traveling Europe for a month and this is by far the place I will remember most warmly. Thank you to our gracious host!

This is a very characteristic and charming house. You can feel the effort, love and dedication the owner put in it. The owner is very friendly, and so are the people in this tiny medieval village.The view from the terrace is breathtaking. It is a quite remote place, excellent for those who like silence and nature.

This property is a one of a kind. A magical step back in time. The kitchen is the main seating area, no living room, no tv, small patio, comfortable king size bed, uncomfortable single beds. Perfectly peaceful with amazing views. You could easily have a silence retreat there. It is imperative that you make a specific arrangement with the owner to meet you there. There is no phone or internet reception at the top of the mountain and the owner does not speak English. Messages through the HomeAway website that Expedia connects you to is the best way to communicate, but any change of plan is difficult. Road to the top is steep and windy, about 25 minutes from the base, roughly 9 minutes past Fosdinovo castle. You park in a small lot out front with room for roughly a dozen cars, then walk up a slight incline and down to the right into a series of renovated "units". It's #24. If possible, would recommend the owner leave the unit unlock and keys on the table. There is no crime in the area! We loved it and loved Fosdinovo. A special experience.

le logement est sous équipé, salle, la salle de bain est cassée pas de paroie de douche,le robinet est cassé, pas de vraies chauffages 2 radiateurs soufflants et une cheminée, donc corvé de bois le soir , il pleut dans la chambre les couvertures sont salles. dans la cuisine tout est salle le four etc etc la pire loccation à ce jour, les rambarde de fenetres ne tiennent pas risque de chutes grave pour des enfants , il y a une piece non fermée avec des outils et des produits dangereux pour des jeunes enfants , nous avons quantité de photos à disposition, je ne comprend pas le risque que prend Abritel à louer ce logement ils prennent une grande responsabilités

Living in a castle
It is a very special cozy house with 2 storeys and an open fireplace in the kitchen. Great wood furniture. You feel like in a castle. Only problem for my dog- there is a kind of ladder to the storey with the bedroom. Not good for it. Otherwise great big bed! Nice little terrace. Everything there in the kitchen that you need . Very friendly host! Brought firewood and chestnuts, lit the fire for us, roasted the chestnuts. We had nice conversations. Great! Only disadvantage: there is nothing in the village, no shop no restaurant. You have to drive for everything quite a bit. But if you are looking for peace and quietness, it's the ideal place:)))

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in spektakulär schöner natürlicher Umgebung sucht, findet wohl kaum eine schönere Unterkunft. Der Blick von der Terasse ist atemberaubend! Der Vermieter ist der netteste Mensch der Welt!

Ritorno al passato
Abbiamo soggiornato qui la notte di Capodanno in un gruppo di sei amici. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dato che non solo è all’estremità dell’adorabile borgo di Ponzanello ma anche perché nello stesso sono presenti pochissimi abitanti. Quindi fa per voi se siete in cerca di relax e di allontanarvi dal caos della città. Inoltre, vista la posizione del borgo è necessario andarci in macchina ed essere anche esperti alla guida nelle strade collinari/montane. La casa è una tipica abitazione di montagna: travi in legno, arredamento rustico e un ampio caminetto. È possibile che si possa incontrare qualche piccolo insetto, ma è più che normale in questo tipo di case. È anche più ampia di quanto possa sembrare dalle foto, infatti è stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire che oltre alle due camere, il bagno e la cucina è presente anche un’altra stanzetta (a proposito, un consiglio per il proprietario, potrebbe diventare ancora più funzionale se al posto della cassapanca fosse messo un divano-letto). Ci sono tutti gli accessori necessari: stovigliame, saponi di vari tipi, asciugamani, deodoranti per ambienti, ecc. Se alloggerete qui potreste avere il piacere di conoscere la mascotte della casa, una simpatica gattina che viene a scaldarsi al caminetto.

Uriges schönes, leider ungepflegtes Haus
Das Haus ist eigentlich wunderschön, einfach eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, mit Ausnahme einer gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheit, wie z.B. ein Sofa. Leider mussten wir in der Küche zunächst einige Reinigungsarbeiten durchführen. Zwar war, wie von Vorgängern bemängelt, das Geschirr und der Kühlschrank tadellos, aber Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr, Herd, Armaturen verschmutzt. Die Kochutensilien befanden sich lieblos reingestopft in dem eigentlich sehr schönen Küchenschrank. Insgesamt ist das Haus einfach, rustikal angenehm renoviert, aber leider nicht sehr gepflegt. Wir waren im Winter im Haus. Die Hauptheizung läuft über einen tollen riesengrossen offene Kamin, der das Haus eigentlich üppig beheizen kann. Leider sind die Türen nicht sehr dicht und der kalte Wind zieht durch, weshalb man sehr viel Brennholz verbraucht. Zum zusätzlichen Beheizen des Bades und der Schlafräume befand sich ein elektr. Heizlüfter und ein elektr. Infrarotstrahler im Haus. Das Dorf ist im Winter, wie Ausgestorben. Das Nachbarhaus und weitere 5 Häuser im Dorf verteilt waren bewohnt. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub und als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge hat uns das aber auch gut gefallen. Die Anreise war schwierig, da uns die korrekte Anschrift erst spät mitgeteilt wurde, aber dann auch noch nicht, wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen. Dies ging nur telefonischmit dem Vermieter, der allerdings nur Italienisch sprach, kein Englisch oder deutsch. Letztendlich hat es geklappt, Er ist ein sehr freundlicher ruhiger Mann.Leider reagiert er kaum, bzw. sehr spät auf Anfragen im Chat. Die Kommunikation über den Chat wäre aber angenehmer, da man sich dann die italienischen Anfragen besser zurechtschreiben kann, als das telefonisch zu tun.

Voor ons zeer moeilijk te vinden maar uiteindelijk bij toeval toch gevonden. De routebeschrijving mag wel wat beter. De stilte is heerlijk en rust op die locatie is gegarandeerd. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Alberico als Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Bei einem Glas Wein hat er uns erzählt wie er das Haus restauriert hat. Leider hält er es nicht sauber. Die Dichtung am Kühlschrank war komplett voll schwarzem Schimmel. Die Kaffeemaschine und viele andere Gebrauchsgegenstände in der Küche waren schmutzig und haben geklebt. Fernseher defekt, Radio nicht vorhanden. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren okay. Wobei irgendwelcher Dreck durch die Wand in eine Nische im Schlafzimmer gekommen ist. Wir vermuten Ausscheidungen eines Tieres. Ausser auf der Terrasse und der Küche gab es keine Möglichkeit sich mal gemütlich hinzusetzen.

Authentisches Bauernhaus in den Bergen
Das Haus sieht sehr urwüchsig aus, aber moderne Technik ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich hervorragend. Kleines Dorf, Bergen und Wald, Ruhe und Frieden sind die Hashtags. Alberico, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und nett, spricht wenig Deutsch. Perfekte Lage für wandern. 20 km aber 35 Minuten Fahrt bis zum Carrara, Campo Cecine (Marmor Bergwerke), Marina di Sarzana (kostenloser Strand). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Genau das was wir gesucht haben!
Ein Ort der Ruhe, der Stille und des Friedens😊 Genau richtig wenn man den Alltag hinter sich lassen will um sich mal wieder richtig zu Erden. Wir waren nach den ersten 15 min total angekommen und relaxed. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Dieses wunderschöne Alte Haus ist uns nach kürzester Zeit ans Herz gewachsen und wir wollten nicht mehr nach Hause. Alberico, der Eigentümer, ist ein Mensch den man vermutlich nur einmal im Leben kennen lernen darf. Wir sind sehr froh das wir diese Chance bekommen haben. Es war von Anfang an als würden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Zur Landschaft: In den Bergen gelegen, total im grünen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht beim Kaffee auf der Terrasse morgens. Das kleine Dorf hat so viel Charme das man es nur lieben kann. Die Bewohner, falls man welche trifft, sind alle sehr freundlich und typisch Italienisch gelassen. Man kann alles was man braucht im Umkreis finden und auf dem Weg dorthin die Wunderschöne Toskana genießen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen mit unserem Hund und evtl bringen wir den ganzen Hausstand gleich mit😊 Grazie Mille Alberico😘

casa rustica in un piccolo borgo molto caratteristico
Casa rustica molto caratteristica con un magnifico terrazzino con vista sulle apuane. L'host molto gentile ci ha aiutato a trovare la casa all'interno del borgo molto caratteristico. Nessun problema con check in e check out. Unica pecca la pulizia generale sicuramente migliorabile.

Cercavo un piccolo Borgo incantato come nei film quando hai necessità di staccare proprio la spina , e così cercando tra tutti gli annunci l’ho trovato . Se volete ridare vita alla vostra Anima qui siete nel posto giusto non c’è bisogno di altro … Il Padrone di casa ottima persona sempre disponibile molto ospitale se ti vuoi immergere nella natura Storia e Silenzio sei nel posto giusto se vuoi avere comodità non fa al caso tuo devi viverla per come è semplice e Unica come la Storia del Borgo in qualunque stagione .

Urlaub im Mittelalter
Wann hat man schon ein mal die Gelegnheit in einem Haus zu übernachten, das über 600 Jahre alt ist? Es war ein sehr außergewöhnlicher Urlaub in einem fast verlassenen Dorf mit nur der Katze als Nachbar. Eine ungewöhnlich Ruhe. Die Aussicht auf die apuanischen Alpen ist grandios. Ein angenehm aufgeschlossenen Vermieter, der dieses alte Haus mit so viel Liebe und Umsicht renoviert hat und noch renoviert. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu sehen. Die Lage an der Grenze zwischen Toskana und Ligurien ist optimal für Leute, die gerne auf Entdeckungreise gehen. Man hat sowohl Berge, als auch Meer.
