Perfect holiday house
Our family of 4 had a fantastic week’s stay in this perfect holiday house. The house is very well equipped with all mod con’s; washer/dryer, dish washer, BBQ etc. The property was clean and comfortable. On arrival a bottle of local cider and rillettes awaited us which was appreciated. The hosts provided a very useful digital document explaining all you need to about the property, plus there was a lot of tourist information provided. However the best thing about the property is the location; just a minute’s stroll from the beautiful Cap Coz beach. There’s a good choice of places to go for a drink or bite to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed hiring a sailing dinghy and SUP from the water sports centre on the beach. Beg Meil, La torch and Iles des Glenan were highlights too. This a fabulous area of France to visit.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und einigermaßen sauber (da ist noch Luft nach oben (noch altes Brot im Toaster, verölte Dunstabzugshaube, ungereinigte Entlüftungen). Fernsehen ist für Deutsche eher schlecht, da nur Arte und DW zu empfangen sind. Ungewöhnlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Toilette unter der Treppe, direkt neben dem Esstisch. Das geht bei 2 Personen. Für ältere Menschen ist das Haus nicht so geeignet, da das Schlafzimmer im Dach ist, das WC im EG und die Treppe leider nur zur Hälfte ein Geländer hat. sehr positiv die Terasse und der kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Cap Coz. Parkplatz für das Auto und Abstellplatz für Räder gut. Hier kann man gut 14 Tage Urlaub machen.

Tout simplement excellent !
Nous pouvons que répéter ce que nous avons déjà signalé il y a trois ans. L’accueil a été facile, la maison dans un super état, bien équipé avec un jardin très agréable. La proximité de la plage est un atout, comme d’ailleurs le garage pour entreposer les vélos. Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont très facile, MERCI POUR TOUT!!

Une semaine agréable dans une habitation confortable, meublée avec goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Sa situation géographique permet de faire des belles promenades à pied et des belles découvertes pas très loin en voiture. Et le soleil durant toute la semaine, comme chaque fois que l’on va en Bretagne.

Séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location située à 100m de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est très confortable et le logement est très propre. Tout y est, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons été enchantés tant par la maison que par la Région qui est magnifique. Les informations communiquées par Frédéric et Domitille sont très appréciables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons sans hésiter la location.

Excellent sejour au Cap Coz
Agréable séjour dans cette petite maison propre, confortable, très bien équipée et sans vis à vis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le salon, coquet et confortable ainsi que la terrasse pour les apéros et les repas. L'emplacement de la maison, vraiment tout près de la plage, est idéal pour visiter les alentours (Benodet, beg meil, concarneau,..). Et si l'on n'a pas trop envie de cuisiner, elle est proche (à pieds) de plusieurs restaurants. Merci également à Frédéric, charmant propriétaire, qui a pris le temps de nous dépanner en plein match de foot :-)

Merveilleux séjour
La maison à 100 m de la plage du Cap Coz et du sentier côtier était douillette et très bien équipée ! Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les BD et les jeux à disposition... Pour nous il y avait tout le confort d'une maison à l'année... Nous avons beaucoup aimé les petites attentions à l'arrivée mais aussi la communication très fluide avec les propriétaires, la luminosité de la pièce à vivre, la proximité de la plage, les lits faits à l'arrivée, le ménage compris... Nous nous sommes très bien senti dans cette maison avec terrasse et petit jardin privé... Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Cette maison rassemble tous les ingrédients pour passer un séjour au calme et à deux pas (je n’exagère pas) de la plage : idéal pour les jeunes enfants. Pour les baroudeurs, nous avons pu très facilement visiter les alentours (Benodet, Concarneau, Pont l’Abbé, Pont Aven, etc ...) à moins de 20 min en voiture. Sans oublier le sentier côtiers accessible en traversant la rue ! La maison ne manque absolument de rien, on sent que les propriétaires ont à cœur que les locataires se sentent comme chez eux !

Wir haben uns in diesem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit dem schönen Garten ist sicherlich als Highlight zu bewerten. Wir haben häufig gekocht und hierfür war die Ausstattung auch perfekt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Lage (Cap Coz).

Vacances parfaites dans une propriété parfaite!
Après un accueil chaleureux par Béatrice, nous avons pu apprécier ce bel appartement très propre et super bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout. La situation calme près de la plage est un atout certain. En deux minutes à pied on est au Cap Coz. En plus la possibilité de déposer les vélos dans un garage fermé et le parking privé dans la rue sont d'autres points positifs de cette propriété. Si nous repassons en Bretagne nous allons sûrement y revenir. Merci!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Sehr gemütlich und völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage 100 Meter vom Strand ist der Hammer. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der eigene Parkplatz nicht zu verachten. Das Haus ist in gutem Allgemeinzustand. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief schnell und reibungslos. Eine kleine Leckage an der Spüle wurde innerhalb von 12 Stunden durch einen Fachmann beseitigt (das kann vorkommen und wurde bravurös gelöst). Lediglich die Tips und Beschreibungen in der Umgebung sind ausschließlich auf Französisch vorhanden; da reicht unser Französisch nicht wirklich für aus. Alles in Allem waren das schöne zwei Wochen.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und liegt fußläufig zum Strand.
Es ist ein kleines Reihenmittelhaus in einer Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und wird für max. 5 Personen angeboten. Das erscheint mir zuviel. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss einen Raum mit Küche und Wohnbereich. Die Toilette ist unter der Treppe neben dem Küchenbereich und fensterlos. Das Duschbad ist in der oberen Etage. Die beiden Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind sehr klein. Es wird SAT-TV angeboten, allerdings nur die französischen Sender. Für ein Ehepaar oder eine kleine Familie geeignet, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat.

Location parfaite pour un séjour à deux pas de la plage du cap coz
Cette petite maison remplie très bien son rôle de pied-à-terre : elle est très bien située, on se retrouve sur la plage du cap coz en traversant la rue adjacente ! elle est proche des sentiers pour se balader ! Quimper, Concarneau et Benodet sont à 30min ! Bref génial pour découvrir la région. La maison est au calme dans une zone résidentielle avec sa place de parking toute proche de l'entrée, mon seul regret avoir oublier les raquettes de tennis puisque les courts de tennis sont disponibles... Nous avons profité de la terrasse et du petit jardin sans vis-à-vis, la cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et pratique, il ne manque rien en terme d'équipement électroménager et vaisselle : profiter de la pêche du jour et des marchés est donc facile. Les chambres sont à l'étage dans les combles, d'ou leur petite taille avec un aménagement limité mais des rangements astucieux (tiroir sous le lit). Un mot sur l'accueil : la dame qui nous a donné les clés a été très agréable, précise dans ses explications et disponible (nous sommes arrivés avec qq heures de retard sur l'horaire convenu), merci à elle. Enfin je termine par la mise à disposition de documentation sur la région : restaurants, balades, lieux à visiter, des bonnes adresses (pêches, biscuiterie etc...) que nous avons utilisé dès notre arrivée, très bien pensé. Bref je recommande cette location, idéal comme pied-à-terre pour visiter le sud du finistère !!!
