I appreciate the convenience of making a reservation on-line. The check-in process was fast and easy. The parking cost $10/day and they allow more than 1 vehicle. Which was great for our party of 3 adults. The only immediate improvement that I would like to see is moving the smoking area away from the back/side of the keyed entry door. It was unfortunate that I needed to access that door to go to my room. First day with all my luggage walking through that area heavily smelling of pungent cigarette odor, was not a very good first impression. The male smoking stayed standing on the only sidewalk as my family and I tried to pass by. The smoking area should be away from the building in my opinion.

Overpriced, charged for parking without informing customer at check in (we stayed here once before without fees for parking just 8 months prior) requested room clean 48 hrs in advance, still room wasn’t cleaned!!

The room doesn’t have a microwave . The carpet is dingy in the hallway and dark . the bathroom is nice and so is the view from balcony to the pool.
