Ok for the money
Stay was ok for the money I paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty small but clean (no carpet, which I thought was odd). Lighting in the room was pretty poor and the halls had a very weird odor.

The hotel was extremely dated, poor repair job on the bathroom fixtures, the toilet was leaking in our room. The beds were comfortable and minus a musky smell in the room, the hotel was clean.

There are lots of options to do things. Everything looks so much nicer than this actual motel. The past three times I’ve stayed here every time I’ve had to have a person come in and reclaim the room and never seems to be that much better. They still always forget inside top of the night. I purchased a room with a fridge and microwave, but did not receive it. Still need it for that price The shower had at least three different people hair all around the walls. That is nice and they say they’re gonna take care of it, but I don’t think anything really gets done unless I do it. That’s why I give it a one star.

Unfortunately our worst booking through Hotels.com after dozens of bookings. Staff was fine but greeted in the room by a cockroach and a second one in the bathroom. This hotel seems to be housing homeless people as a shelter. My daughter wanted to check out and book elsewhere. I advised her the 3 nights were already paid for. My wife was afraid to walk outside alone to go to the parked car after dark.

First problem was that the lighting in the room was poor, and the light on the desk didn't work at all. There was no carpeting, no chair other than the desk chair, and we saw 2 cockroaches during our stay. In the morning the toilet only flushed partially (once), and the tank didn't refill with water for the second guest to use the bathroom. Would not stay again!

When we walked in the room, the floor was very sticky and standing water coming from the toilet covering the entire bathroom floor. We called front desk, and the nice attendant brought towels to soak it up. We later noticed there was mold in the shower, and on the wall by the toilet causing it to separate from the floor. There was definitely someone else’s curly hair on a “unused and clean” bath towel. We also killed a baby cockroach walking on the floor. We could hear every word and sound coming from the puking guest in the room next door, however we had a room with a locked conjoining door. When initially calling about the water, they said there were no extra rooms and she would speak with her manager about compensation however we didn’t want to wait and left as soon as we could in the morning.

Good hotel
Good hotel. Room was clean. The sink was not in the bathroom but that was ok for me. Parking was a bit weird. Had to park in the adjacent gas station parking lot. But the that was fine. Gas station next doors has drinks if needed and there is a Duncan Donuts next door as well.
