The two houses form a single large property in the traditional style of the region, each with its separate entrance. The entrance to Am Sternberg 209 is via a footbridge from the road, while Am Sternberg 211 is accessed by a stone staircase and path. Am Sternberg 211 has access to the terrace and garden on the left side, while Am Sternberg 209 features a large balcony facing east and south, with access to the garden on the right side. The gardens are adjacent to expansive shared playgrounds, perfect for children to enjoy ball games, kite flying, and sledding in winter.
Just 100 meters away, you’ll find free access to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, a UNESCO-protected area spanning 60 km², home to rare and majestic trees. The park is ideal for scenic hikes, with both short and long trails, as well as a long-distance walking route. It’s also a perfect spot for mountain biking.
This ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 6 people, with the option to add a crib or cot for small children.
