We had a wonderful stay at Adina Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.The room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities. 10 minutes walk to main train station and 30 minutes walk to historic downtown (you can take the tram near the hotel if you don't want to walk).

This was a totally fine spot to spend the night before catching a flight in the morning. Neighborhood was nothing special but it was convenient to be close to the train station. Our bed and our toddlers bed were comfortable. Space was clean.

The hotel was very good Except that the heating was not working in the room Was only getting to 19 deg Not good in winter Complained about it but not rectified Also asked to have the room cleaned only once in our stay and after full day out on tour getting back around 5.30 found it had Not been cleaned Come across house cleaning staff and organised it myself.

Good hotel in a good location. Our room wasn't as clean as I would personally like. Seemed ro have been cleaned in a rush, dirt particles on the sofa, beddings ruffled, smell not so fresh. Otherwise it was a decent accommodation. Didn't like that they didnt come to ean even once although they said cleaning is done once in 3 days and we were there for 4. Tbey o ly came to give us fresh towels.

Overall, the hotel was very good. It was clean, large, and very useful to have the kitchenette and laundry machine. My main complaint is that when we checked in, we were told we could opt in to the breakfast for the next day for €17 per person, just had to let the front desk know before the next morning. We decided to get settled in and then make a decision after, so we opted to wait. We ultimately decided to get breakfast at the hotel, so when we came back down within an hour, the shift had changed and a different person at the front desk told us that it's only immediately at check-in. This made the cost €25 per person. It's a small thing, but very frustrating to suddenly pay €8 more for each person because two people at the front desk have different stories. The breakfast was at least decent, thankfully. The only other small complaint is that the towel warmer didn't work in our room. I wasn't expecting one so it's not like I lost anything, but it was slightly dissatisfying to see one in the room and it doesn't work. The area surrounding is a little sketchy so I wouldn't recommend strolling at night and I wouldn't recommend walking to the main station with luggage, about 10-15 minutes. There are lots of taxi services nearby that can be scheduled in advance.

The first room they put me in was filthy. Long black hairs all over the chairs, dust on the surfaces, stains on the sofa, it was disgusting. The second room they put me in was cleaner but there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom which was disturbing. On the second night the safe stopped working. They sent someone up to the room that evening but he was unable to fix it. The next day I had the technician come up and he replaced the safe. The next day the new safe stopped working. It was super frustrating. Cleaning only occurs every 3 days. I’d never stay here again. The rooms are huge with amenities I did not need. The level of cleanliness was gross and customer service pretty bad. The only positive was approximity to the Messe.
