Short walk from station. Check in seemless. Pleasent decor room spacious bathroom well appointed l, powerful shower. Bed comfy to lie on. Hotel very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast good. Hotel very clean. Syaff friendly and efficient. Would stay again if in the area. Tram/train stops very close.

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Zimmer war schön, Bett war bequem Die Umgebung lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Die Frau die da arbeitet hat einfach die Polizei gerufen weil sie dachte ich wäre illegal da. Ich hab ordnungsgemäß ein Visium der EU und bin hier zur gast in Deutschland. Mein Flug zurück wäre heute deswegen hab ich einen Hotel über Nacht gebraucht. So ein unverschämtes und menschenverachtendes Personal hab ich im Leben nicht gesehen. Man hat hinter meinem Rücken die Polizei gerufen , als die Polizei kam haben die zu der Frau gesagt es ist alles in Ordnung , der Mann kann bleiben. Also überlegt es euch 2 mal ob ihr da übernachtet wenn ihr nicht aus Deutschland seid.

Witzig-charmant zum Wohlfühlen!
Das Haus ist gerade von Arthotel ANA neu eröffnet worden, alles frisch renoviert, die Dekoration im ANA-Konzept gekonnt witzig-ironisch, chic-modern trifft auf Eiche rustikal! Gemütliche Lobby, tolle Sessel, viel Platz im Aufenthaltsbereich zum Entspannen oder Arbeiten! Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Service-Personal, Frühstück Corona-bedingt nach Vorbestellung, lecker und günstig, im Saal auf Abstand oder auf dem Zimmer. Freies Parken im Innenhof, aber nur wenige Plätze, (auf der Straße wie überall in Darmstadt sehr teuer!) ANA ist immer eine Entdeckung, es macht Spaß, dort zu sein und man fühlt sich wohl! Gerne wieder!
