Hotel wasn't that good. Hallways and rooms weren't that clean. Very loud and sketchy area outside of the hotel as well. Nicer hotels we stayed at a couple of blocks away from the main station

The hotel is fine, if you are looking just where to spend the night. Is just ok. The problem is the surroundings. That block is not good. At night is very uncomfortable to walk through some drug addicts, homeless and people selling you stuff, the next block is a red zone, prostitution, and every other activity that surround this kind of businesses. Unless you are into this king of stuff avoid that block, south corner of the trains station is far better and is just 3 short blocks away.

Extremely unsafe location. Heavy drug use and violence right outside the doors. We left and did not stay a single night. Stay elsewhere!

The area around the hotel is "unsafe" by German city standards, not by US or many other standards so just use common sense, be polite to folks hanging around on street corners, and you should be fine. The hotel itself is extremely utilitarian and was fine for an affordable overnight stay.

Location is convenient. Front desk barely greeted us, or made eye contact. All check in process was done in an awkward silence. Elevator is super small. There was a cockroach in the bathroom so cleanliness can be improved. Wifi was extremely slow. We only had to use 1 phone - for wifi to do someone okay job/speed. If you are going to use two devices, good luck! As it’s right across from the Frankfurt central station, area is loud and also dirty.
