Property was great. There is a €30 fee to check in early. Transportation to and from the airport was not easy to navigate as there was no clear instruction on pick up and drop off location at time of booking. Room was clean and staff was nice. No restaurant within walking distance, only hotel restaurant.

This was the perfect hotel for a one night stay - clear instructions to locate the shuttle pick-up (driver was excellent and helpful); odd drop off point but it was refreshing to walk to the hotel; rooms are functional and nice with windows that open! No frills (ie. no hair dryer) but all that we needed - comfortable beds, pillows, all in one soap/shampoo. Early morning breakfast (6 AM open) was good value. Did not need the TV but they had one. Shuttle in early morning was great. Hotel is barely a year old.

A clean, price worthy way to spend the night before the flight. Modern practical room. Nice bathroom. Free bus transfer from/to airport. Comfortable bed. However, the bus stop is hard to find at the airport and quite a bit of walk to get to. The bus stops in front of the parking garage, but not in front of the hotel (ca 200 m away). There is no ramp to get the suitcases up to the hotel lobby. You have to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Edeka is quite close (ca 500m), so you can get food and supplies easily.

Good hotel / Bad shuttle
Nice, clean hotel near the airport with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Our only “issue” was that the free airport shuttle does not pick up in front of the terminal; one has to walk quite a way, some of it under the rain, to a bus stop by the airport’s medical center. Similarly, the shuttle does not drop off in front of the hotel entrance, but rather at a parking structure about 200 ft. away, and one needs to drag one’s bags outside in the rain to reach the hotel entrance. It was an enjoyable stay, other than the issue with the hotel’s shuttle.

Business hotel near airport. Clean, efficient. Free shuttle from the airport (in front of the medical center Terminal 1) 24/7 to the parking structure next door.We go there every so often when we need a place near the airport.

Well, would score 11/10 if i could. Wonderful staff, spotless hotel throughout free shuttle to rhe airport. Very comfortable & well appointed room. Food i had was delicious, draft Pils was great & all fir very reasonable price. Will not hesitate to stay again when in Frankfurt.

Good nights sleep. Close to airport. Shuttle was a benefit (but when making reservations they should let you know where to pick it up). Restaurant food was good. (We left to early for breakfast). We would stay here again.

Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. If going back to the airport from hotel it only drops at Terminal 1 (as above) and to get to T2 you have to enter Hall B and follow signs to take the SkyTrain to T2. Allow plenty of time.
