If not for the extremely long and slow check in, I would rate this hotel with excellent. Took about 30-40 minutes to check in. Clerk answered my “Guten Tag” with Stay calm as he ignored me for several minutes. Otherwise everything was great. Rest of staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was super convenient as was the on-site restaurant. Although the hotel is situated in an industrial area there’s a little nature park right across the street. Room was spacious and barrier free.

Good overnight stay near Frankfurt Airport.
We stayed one night to be near the airport. The location was good for that. Everything was new, but some of the systems were not working well - check-in took far too long, with a wait of over 45 minutes. The room was basic, but good, the restaurant was convenient and the food was surprisingly tasty. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The staff were friendly.

The Hotel is right next to two parks. It was so nice to walk around. Downside is the the airport shuttle is $5.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The girl at the reception was so nice and helpful. The hotel is few min from the airport and has easy transportation. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nestled in between parks and easy to walk around the close by towns. If you are there on a Sunday be aware a lot is closed. There is a park/fly garage next to the hotel which makes travel to the airport convenient. Getting there we took as taxi as there wasn’t clear information on how to take the shuttle to the hotel. The check in was easy and room clean. The restaurant has some light food options and is delivered by robot which makes for a fun experience. The heat/air did not offer much range and kept our room warm.

Need directional signs from shuttle stop to hotel
This hotel is combined with a large parking garage for airport parking. The shuttle from the airport stops at the parking garage and there are no signs indicating where the hotel entrance is and it isn't visible from the drop off point. Needless to say I dragged my luggage a long way before finding the actual hotel.

Great airport hotel in a quiet neighborhood
Very clean airport hotel in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Kelsterbach train station to catch the S-Bahn to go to Frankfurt or find restaurants in walkable distance.
