Family Gathering (with Dogs)
Daughter in Denver decided to host Thanksgiving; out-of-town family members (and their dogs) decided to get together ahead of the holiday in Winter Park. The Townhouse was perfect; there was space to spread out (to work) and get together to talk/play games, while also enough bare floor to separate and keep the dogs out of trouble. Several easy hikes / rambles within walking distance even in the light snow we experienced. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Every dish in the kitchen was dirty on arrival. There was still old coffee and grounds in the coffee pot. Never received the access information and had to wait on hold 20 minutes to be able to get into the house.

Awesome stay. The grill needs replaced or cleaned. Smelled strongly like essential oils was a little unpleasant. Otherwise fabulous.

Disappointing Property
When I booked the property I was sure to let VRBO and then VACASA the property manager know that we had an immunocompromised person in family. The property needed to be Covid clean. It wasn't even clean and it had broken doors and appliances. Then when people came to do the cleaning and repairs they didn't come prepared. Never again for Vacasa and probably never again for VRBO. That said the location is outstandingly beautiful and worth visiting if you can find the right accomodation.

Great Property
This property was great for our family with children and exceeded our expectations. I believe the property is nicer than the pictures online. The home was clean and there were so many amenities. We were pleased with this comfort of the beds and towels and the kitchen had ever item necessary and more. The property was in a convenient location. It was quiet and the mountain views were beautiful from the patio, bedroom, and living room. The only issue we had was with the management company. We had to reach out to receive our check in instructions. Additionally, while in town we texted a question to the number provided and did not receive a response. Upon check out we also shared a couple of items that they could improve upon to make the experience more enjoyable for future renters and did not receive a response from the rental company. Some attention should be given to the basement window well (outside) at the time of next cleaning.
