It's the ultimate spot for mountain relaxation.

Step into this ground-level, end unit and prepare to be wowed! The place is decked out with radiant heated floors, stacked stone walls, and beamed ceilings creating a warm, inviting vibe. Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove/oven, and sleek custom cabinets.

The primary suite offers a king bed as well as a spacious bathroom with a large shower and killer views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a bathroom right across the hall. The living room has queen and twin pullout couches for ample sleeping space for your guests.

After a day of adventures, cozy up in the great room with its stacked stone gas log fireplace, cozy furniture, and a smart TV for your enjoyment! This unit also features a full-sized stacked washer and dryer as well as a convenient ski locker closet right outside.

Simply the Best
Amazing. Hands down such a comfy and luxurious stay at Cozen’s Place hosted by Sky Run. The property was EXACTLY as pictured. The heated floors were a game changer in -10 degrees and the hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day of skiing. The house was super clean and cozy. It’s a quick trip to the Winter Park resort/mountain and it was quite nice being tucked away in this spacious house. Very satisfied with our stay. The host was very speedy with all communications and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place. Was great for our family of 5. Great location. Very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook in a few times. Hot tub was magnificent after days on the slopes. Would highly recommended and would stay again.

This was our second year in a row at this great property. While we had to cut short our stay, the unit and location are the best. Hot tub is wonderful and radiant heat floors are wonderful. Kitchen has everything and great to cook in and then relax. Close to everything and snow on the peak was just gorgeous this time of year.

The location and view were incredible! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and in the hot tub. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only two negative issues were that there was no air conditioning. It took a while to get some airflow within the condo. One of the primary bedroom windows had a broken handle, so the room stayed pretty warm all night. I suggest adding that you need to bring a box fan to the listing. Lastly, a train comes through multiple times between 10 pm-5 am. It's loud and woke up our kids every time it passed.

Winter Park in July
This was our first time and it was the perfect place to stay . The location to our venue which was the Rendezvous Event Center was 5 minutes away . I was the cook and there and every appliance and dish you could think of they had and were of great quality which made me very happy , I have been to a few rentals and this is the first time I actually experienced great appliances . Before we arrived the communication was not a fast response but as soon as we arrived and I contacted them it was an immediate response which I was grateful for. The Hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed it very clean. It was very quiet and relaxing so if your looking to party this is not the place for you. I would advise you to read all the rules cause there is long list of them and all of them I totally understand why and when you see the condo you will understand why also. One of the rules was to clean the dishes and put them in the dishwasher it made me think to myself why I am paying for a cleaning service if I have to do this? I also understand it’s to get the condo ready faster for the next guest I was ok with that it is just they the cleaning service was not a small fee. Great location, clean spot. Kitchen fully stocked.
Time for new carpet. I get that with many guests, walking in with wet boots. The nail hold downs are starting to come through the carpet and hurt your feet around the edges near the kitchen. Also, and a big one, no lock on the master bedroom door. No privacy from the kiddos.

My Family and I had a great experience at this rental , was clean and kitchen had all amenities to cook anything. Location is great, 8-10 minutes from Winter Park, 4 minutes from Frazer tubing and other activities . Warming up by the fireplace after a day of skiing or tubing was a plus and kids loved the hot tub , would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot
We had a lovely time at cozens point. The kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms had plentry of towels, there were boardgames and playing cards, everything was great. Would reccommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay near WP. Just a heads up to those light sleepers out there, since it's a condo/apartment, you can hear every movement the neighbors upstairs make. Luckily for us it was pretty minimal with just early morning ski boots. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Exceeded my expectations on quality of the condo
The hot tub, location, and rest were all as expected based on the description, but what really stood out was the furnishings and general decor of the place. It did not feel like a rental, but someone's own place. The quality of everything exceeded my expectations and added to our trip with higher quality mattresses, tables, and automated blinds.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozens Pointe Condo. It was great for two small families. The location was close to everything and the place had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The house was well stoked including the kitchen and the hot tub at the end of long days on the mountain was a kicker.
