A wonderful and spacious 3-bedroom cabin offers 2 living rooms, private decks with spectacular mountain views and is the perfect location for a vacation in the Winter Park/Fraser area.
The main level is the focal point of the cabin and is one story up from the entrance. Enjoy the views, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fan from the cozy living room. A gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood cabinets and breakfast bar area with seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area offers mountain views from the large windows and will comfortably seat up to 6. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with wonderful mountain views and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.
The loft area is accessible from the main living room and offers a second living room with comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and great spot to relax. The loft area also has a full bathroom and bedroom with Captain’s bunk – great getaway for the kids!
The lower level offers the main entrance to the cabin and access to the garage. The garage can fit one large vehicle, or 2 smaller cars parked in tandem. This level has a washer and dryer and 2 bedrooms; the private patio offers a BBQ grill and cozy spot to enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
The master suite offers a King bed with flat screen TV and large bathroom with dual vanities and walk in tiled shower.
The second bedroom suite has King bed with flat screen TV, large bathroom with walk in tiled shower and vanity.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a pet friendly home, but will only allow for 1 pet. No air conditioning.
You will find that you can easily access trails for hiking and biking right in the neighborhood directly from this vacation rental. The developers of Rendezvous used an existing trail system and enhanced it with signage for vacationers and full-time residents of the neighborhood. Winter Park Resort plus the towns of Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado are just minutes from your lodging location, a great convenience for someone on the go. The one car garage provides cover for your vehicle in the winter and plenty of extra storage in the summer for all your hiking and biking gear. You can also take advantage of the free town shuttle the runs to the property.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.

Winterpark retreat
This is our 6th year of spending a week in winterpark at the end of summer. This is the first time we stayed in a home and not a condo by the resort. We just loved it and will never go back. The Rendezvous area offered peace and quiet away from any crowds but very close to stores and restaurants. The local hiking trails were a favorite and it became the way we ended every day to hike to the bench. The only bad thing was the tiny shower in the master bedroom but for sure not a deal breaker. Otherwise Well supplied and comfortable

Absolute joy!
We loved being higher up (instead of in the valley) with sweeping views of the mountains and savored the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Glorious trails run all over (just steps away from the front door) and can take you to the bottom by the ponds. We relaxed...loved the sunrise and sunsets...the deck and entire home were lovely. We'd absolutely stay again if this home was available!. The bedrooms are very private. We had everything we needed, and it took just a few extra minutes to get to the house from town. We were surprised how much we loved being away from the hustle and bustle of some other areas!

Rendevous Review
This is a well appointed rental with almost everything one would need. The beds are comfortable, it is quiet, and has a beautiful view. It is not a home for someone who cannot haul stuff up the stairs. FYI..the main living area is upstairs. A few suggestions that would make this perfect... Access to a lightweight vacuum cleaner. We are used to cleaning up after ourselves, and a vacuum would have been handy. The paper products are very low grade. We went out and purchased our own TP and paper towels. Some comfy deck furniture. It is a beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Some instructions on the operation of the TV, clocks, etc. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed meeting the neighbors, deer and friendly dogs residing on our street. We hope to come back in the near future!
