Situated on 80 acres with 1400' of the Fraser River meandering through for private fishing, The Barn boasts stunning views of Byers Peak and open space, complete with breathtaking sunsets. Wildlife enthusiasts will delight in the abundant local fauna, while fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the exclusive river access.
Each bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and linens, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and complimentary coffee and creamer are provided for your first morning.
Please note that guests do not have access to the lower level of the barn, where the horse stalls are located, and there is an exterior security camera at the home's entry.
Sleeping arrangements include a Queen bed in the Primary Suite, 2 Twin beds in the Second Bedroom, and another Queen bed in the Third Bedroom.
Amenities at The Barn include WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and the opportunity for private fishing on the Fraser River. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per day.
