Clean and conveniently located. Loved the old charm. We were awakened early each morning with road construction. This would have been a perfect stay if the loud construction hadnā€™t been going on. We will definitely need to come back once road is finished.

It was a very cute little cottage very clean close to the Main Street but the mattress was horrible for someone in their 70. Too soft and the bed squeaked with every turn!! For older people you should have a reference paper for the television But other than that it was nice

My husband and I were very comfortable in the Sunday House. We loved how close it was to the main street and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. There was parking in the back, so we didnā€™t have to park in the street. Super clean. Lots of bedding and most importantly extra pillows. We have already talked about coming back to stay.

Great list cation, cozy cottage, the only thing that needs to be changed is the bed, it is was uncomfortable and very noisy. We could hardly sleep. Change the bed and I would have given 5 stars.

What a wonderful stay in this cute, private, cozy cottage! We came to Fredericksburg for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday and the location did not disappoint! Able to easily walk around town to explore, shop, wine tasting, and fabulous food choices. We will definitely be back!

Great property. Needs a little work.
We loved the property itself and the location could not be better for both walking and driving. The unit is very cute and roomy (except the bathroom). We would stay there again if we knew the following items had been corrected. 1) The shower drained VERY slowly. You ended up standing in several inches of water which could have easily spilled out into the rest of the bath. 2) The bathroom sink area could have been cleaner. The sink itself had bits of stuff stuck to it and the mirror and walls around the sink had splatters. 3) There is no toilet paper dispenser. 4) The fridge had so much frost in the freezer section nothing could fit in. We should have called management about these items while we were staying, but didn't want to be disrupted by repair or cleaning people. Management was very helpful when we called about another problem and took care of it right away.

The place was very well kept. Perfectly located to be able to walk wherever we wanted. Great price. Good parking. Check in / check out was easiest I've ever experienced. Only complaint was property specific.. would prefer a little more bathroom privacy. Everything else was 100/100.
