The Bella Manor Carriage Suite offers a spacious bedroom with a beautiful carved wooden king size bed, private bathroom with stand alone shower. Guests will enjoy the large flat screen television with cable selections as well as the complimentary wireless internet. The suite also includes a granite topped mini-bar with mini-fridge, microwave and sink. This is the ideal escape for a couple; or book the adjoining Main House and Lavender Suite to accommodate up to eight additional guests.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that I would suggest is to provide body wash for shower. The hand soap was too small to use. Also, it is adjoining to the main house so you can hear the other guests, but they were not too loud. šŸ˜Š

This was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend away! It was clean & we felt safe. When coming back to Fredericksburg I would totally stay here again & if more people come I would love to stay in the house!

Girls' gotta get away
Great size for two people. It was a belated and early birthday get away for me and my daughter. Close enough to Main Street to walk and shop, but not ON the busy street. Better pillow options and maybe a topper for the bed for more comfort after a long day walking/shopping would be a great improvement.

Pros: - Walking distance to the shops on main st - clean sheets/towels - amenities like wifi/coffee maker, heater in bathroom, blow dryer, iron.. - heated bathroom option Cons: - Wasnt super clean: Lots of dust on light fixtures and the ledge around the room. The big rug definitely hadnt been vacuumed. Dropped something on thr floor in the bathroom and saw lots of grabage and even a dead cockroach under the vanity! We were only in our room to sleep at night really so it wasnt a huge deal.

Itā€™s a cute little room with most of the amenities a person could need for a cpl nites stay. I wish they had chairs to sit outsideā€¦it was the perfect weather and would have been nice to sit out by the front door with a cup of coffee or wine. I didnā€™t find the pillows overly comfortable, they were pretty hard. Parking on the street is no problem as itā€™s far enough back that youā€™re not competing with other tourists doing shopping on the main strip. Itā€™s a short walk to the main strip which is nice. I would stay again.

This place was good for 2 people. We stayed 3 nights. Wifi was slow and no live TV. I'd recommend bringing your streaming equipment with you. We couldn't get weather or local channels. Just apps from our iphones. It was odd only having one chair in the room. Owners might want to invest in an extra chair. The microwave was down in the cabinet behind a door. We finally found it. We found it to be clean and well stocked with hair dryer, soaps and shampoos. Plenty of towels were provided. Basically it was a great place, close to the Main street shops, restaurants, museums etc. Really didn't have any complaints about hearing neighbors due to thin walls as mentioned in other reviews.

Perfect little get away in Fredericksburg
This little carriage house was perfect for my husband and I. Located on a quiet road and close enough to everything to walk. First time to Texas we visited: San Antonio, Austin, Luckenbach, Waco and Fredericksburg-Fredericksburg, by far, was our favorite!! The carriage house is plenty spacious for two and quite comfortable. And, when considering price for the location and amenities, you canā€™t beat it! Just book it; you wonā€™t regret it! šŸ˜‰

Incorrect listing description
We came to Fredericksburg for 2 nights over New Years Eve. We had plans to ring in the new year, and then plans to stay in the room on New Years Day to watch the college bowl games. Most stores and restaurants are closed, so we were really looking forward to lounging in the room and watching football. Unfortunately, the listing was incorrect. It listed cable TV, which there wasnā€™t. Plenty of apps and movies, but no live TV, which meant, no ball drop, no local or national news and no college bowl games. Not even an ESPN app. When the property management service finally returned our call, they were unhelpful and unapologetic about the incorrect listing description. It was quite an expensive room for what it wasā€¦ the listing also said onsite parking but parking was in the street. We actually ended up checking out early and returned home. We have been to Fredericksburg many times and do not plan to return to this particular listing.

A great stay on a quiet street
My husband and I had a great stay here. We were there during off-peak days (Sun - Wed) so I didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors, as others had described. We could have walked to Main St easily, but we always ended up catching a ride with my parents who were camping nearby using Harvest Host. My only complaint was so small: put a trash can somewhere in the main area, not just a small one next to the toilet. I think that small complaint shows how great the overall experience was.

Lovely Place with a few drawbacks
We very much enjoyed our stay in this quaint little efficiency unit. It was a cute place that my wife liked quite a bit. The location was great and the space was just what we needed. The room was clean, the wifi worked great. The bathroom was a perfect size for two people. There were a few drawbacks and one was significant though hopefully remediable. Upon arriving we realized the heater wasn't working and we weren't able to get it fixed. I was familiar with the unit and knew how to work it but it just wouldn't work. We tried calling for help but kept getting voicemail and since there is only a 2 hour window between the time we were allowed to check in and when they closed, we just ran out of time to get it fixed. Thankfully there were extra blankets and a bathroom heater that combined to make the overnight tolerable, but we were pretty cold and disappointed that with only being there for one night we weren't able to get it solved. The other two issues are smaller, but still worth noting. This unit is sandwiched between two others and the walls leave a bit wanting in terms of sound dampening. If you truly want a private stay where you don't have to worry about neighbors, this isn't your spot. But if you're ok hearing the rumblings from your neighbors and them hearing yours, then it's worth it. Finally, there was some confusion surrounding parking. One person told us we couldn't park in the driveway connected to our unit, but another person told us we could. So we did... but if the driveway wasn't in fact supposed to be used it would have posed a problem. I'm not sure if we'll stay in this spot again, but it was still quite nice and if the price was right and the climate control was working, we just might.

Couples Getaway
We enjoyed our time in the suite. Very vintage feel but also stylish and modern. Nice coffee selection and small drug came in handy. Double vanity in the bathroom was nice and great water pressure in the shower. A couple of blocks from Main so easy access to everything. Our only complaint would be noise from the main home on the property. The suite shares a wall with a high traffic living area. A sign was posted in the suite about keeping noise to a minimum which we were careful to do. However, the loud talking, laughing and high traffic next door woke us up several times. Other than that, great stay!
