It was a comfortable room. The bed was good, there are 2 recliners & a nice TV, Kitchenette & nice bathroom. Only wish is I wish there was more storage, like a dresser. We stayed for 5 days which I guess is more than most people stay, but we had more stuff to store. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Close enough to everything but far enough from crowds. Cosy cottage feel. Could have been a little cleaner, trash under sink in kitchenette was full when we arrived. Found some peanuts on the floor. Everything else was great.

We stay in Fredericksburg often. This place is the coziest, cleanest place weā€™ve stayed!! The bed was really comfortable! Loved the fireplace! We plan on returning in the summer as the pool and hot tub look very relaxing and inviting!

We loved everything ab the property. Great location. Easy to find. Wish we could have extended our stay for a couple days more. If I have to ask anything, it would be to let the guests know what to do with the trash you accumulate during your stay. Thatā€™s all. Had a wonderful time. Canā€™t wait to return.

Nice, quiet place
Nice quiet place to stay on Main Street that isnā€™t in the middle of the business. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was freezing so wasnā€™t able to use it, but that wasnā€™t a big deal to us. Would stay again, but would like a little bit larger room.

We were a little worried about a couple things based on past reviews, however, they were not accurate. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire place was impeccably clean.
