This hotel was quiet and perfect for us with our 4 year old and two small dogs. The air conditioning in the room was cool but it felt a little humid and I ended up getting hot at night but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great experience!
We just happened to stumble upon this hotel after a nightmare check-in at a different one. Upon entering the lobby, which is brightly lit and inviting, I was greeted by a welcoming staff. I had no idea that this was the hotel’s opening day when I booked it at 9:00 at night and showed up minutes later. Needless to say, it was truly a blessing. After having an issue with cleanliness at the prior hotel, the fact that we were the first to stay in our room was a gift. The room decor was bright and modern; the beds were so comfortable and included pillows of different levels of softness. The toiletries were good quality and the towels were super soft. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one. Upon check out, they genuinely wanted to know how our stay was, demonstrating a commitment to making their new venture a success. Considering our daughter is looking at a college nearby, I would welcome the opportunity to stay at the Spark again- it was a great experience!

They were doing Major Construction at this hotel. Me and my family checked in and they still chose to place us on the 2nd Floor right next door to all of the construction!! Front Desk staff was Horrible and they didn’t care!!! The House Keeping Staff was great

It would have been nice to know the rooms were being remodeled. The second floor and elevator were filthy because of this. Had I know it was being remodeled, I would not have stayed. Also, rooms being remodeled were left open and all the mess was visible.

Disappointing Overnight Stay
The hotel is under renovation so the elevator had blankets hung from the walls which were falling off. There was no one at the front desk when I got there to check me in. I had to ask a renovation worker to see if he could find someone. After almost 10 minutes, someone appeared. When I went out for dinner, again there was no one at the front desk. The bed was very soft and the desk chair was ripped in several places. There was a cold breakfast, but there was a waffle maker. There was plenty of eating choices nearby but traffic was horrible. Only thing really good was the price.
