This brand new impeccably decorated condo is conveniently located between Main Street and Wine Road 290. The open concept living and dining area combines comfort and luxury and has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or enjoy the Smart TV from the comfy sofa. Just outside on the private patio, wind down after a beautiful day in the Hill Country with a glass of wine while playing a game of cornhole. The private bath offers upscale finishes and a spacious walk-in shower. At night, retreat to the king bedroom featuring a modern upholstered headboard and furnished with crisp white linens. Enjoy all this newly constructed suite has to offer while you “nest” in the 'Burg.

Perfect weekend getaway
This place blew us away. Best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We’re already planning our return! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and endless thoughtful touches (snacks, welcome music, coffee & nice creamer, bottle of wine, Tylenol, on and on). I legit took pictures of a few design features I want to do in my own home. Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

Absolutely amazing and stunning property. Extremely clean, very cozy, little touches everywhere that meant so much. Great snacks and an unexpected bottle of wine. We will never stay anywhere else but here when we are in Fredericksburg. It almost makes me want to go back just so we can stay here again!! We had one little issue that was not on our property, but was on an adjoining property. Our owner drove up from San Antonio to address it immediately, and was so gracious. Never before have we been treated so well by VRBO !! You have to stay here!

The place was exactly as pictured down to the details. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very luxurious, modern feel. It made the stay very stress-free, comfortable, and cozy. This was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, neat, and tidy. It’s pretty close to shops/restaurants, but a little outside the city which makes it quiet and peaceful. My husband and I will definitely visit again!

This place is so pleasing to the eye! I love the aesthetic and the farmhouse details. Bed was super comfy, shower was great and the outdoor area was cute. We also loved that the host left snacks and some drinks which came in handy! Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated and very clean! It’s brand new and they’ve thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! We were greeted with a snack basket and a bottle of wine. Has all the amenities you need. We’re extremely picky and I would recommend this place 10000 percent!

Great place to stay!
The property was EXACTLY what you see online. Everything was included, down to the last detail. Location was very central to Downtown, Shopping Centers, and Wineries. A little pricey with the additional fees, but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay in Fredericksburg
The Burg’s Nest beat our expectations by far! It was very beautiful and so cozy; the decor and furnishings were excellent! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, coffee, snacks, drinks and wine! We will stay here every single time- the back patio was quiet and relaxing. And the very most important thing to us was the place was soooo clean! We loved our stay very much- job well done!
