The Space:
This property is a unique and fun space that spans across a half-acre property just minutes to downtown Fredericksburg. The design aspects throughout the home showcase a funky personality, with playful touches of color and unique accents.

The Main House features three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a luxurious king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity, glass shower, sleek design, and luxurious linens. The second and third bedrooms also have king beds with comfortable and cozy linens, and they share a spacious full bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The living room has a unique design with peacock accents and a beautiful deep blue color that runs throughout the home. This space opens up into the dining room with a table for six. The fully equipped chef inspired kitchen is clean and crisp, with stainless steel appliances and additional bar seating for four that flows into the bonus sitting room equipped with a large flat screen TV. Outside of the main house there is a covered patio, plus a bonus seating area with a table and chairs.

The Guest House is to the right of the main house and offers a spacious living room that has seating for seven on a sleek leather couch and comfy chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and an effortless flow into the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, convection oven plus a microwave, everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, and cute tile gives the space spunky personality.

The Back House also has a cute living room offering a cozy seating area with a flat-screen
TV. The bedroom features a king bed, and the bathroom has a sleek glass shower. Outside, there is a sitting area on the porch, as well as two sun loungers.

The Drink House has a tastefully designed kitchenette that offers a shared space for family and friends to make a quick drink or snack while lounging in the amazing backyard space. Do not forget that bottle of wine from one of the famed Texas Hill Country wineries!

Our backyard is the perfect spot to gather with loved ones, featuring a beautiful hot tub, a gas grill, spacious outdoor dining table for eight, comfortable seating for five around the fire pit, and shade from mature trees. Come and enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends at our property.

This beautiful home is conveniently located just 2 blocks from historic Main Street and is perfect for a group or family looking for an elegant space with plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

The Best Bach Trip!!
My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it could not have been more perfect! All areas were clean and everything was so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, and spending quality time together to celebrate! I will highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Fredericksburg!!

Fantastic
Clean, beautiful interior with two separate guest houses for additional privacy during multi-family trips. Great if you have guests that prefer to turn in early while others stay up late having fun. Or in my case, a baby waking up for night feedings won’t wake up the whole group. It was predictably hot Texas weather during our August trip, but the outdoor pavilion, tree shade, and light breeze were lovely to enjoy in the mornings. The interior was always nice and cool too. The main house is where we gathered for group breakfast as it has the only stovetop/oven. But if you enjoy lighter fare, the bigger guest house has a fridge and microwave. Keurig coffee machines are provided at all houses so that’s also a plus. Overall, fantastic stay and I would visit again.

Absolutely perfect rental for a crowd!
I can’t even begin to tell you all the wonderful things about this property! We were in awe from the moment we arrived. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, perfect location, gorgeous outdoor area and the beds were so comfy! I do plan to rent this property in the future! 3 separate houses so everyone can have their privacy! Loved, loved, LOVED it!

Overnight wine tasting stay
We only had one night at this beautiful property, and only wish it could have been longer. There is so much space, and every room is just as beautiful as the next. We loved checking out each of the guesthouses as well, just a fun property. It is beautifully decorated, like out of a magazine, so comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area is so charming also, and it is a perfect location to Main Street. Can't recommend enough!

We recently stayed at the Wine Down House in Fredericksburg, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The home has been renovated beautifully, making it both stunning and comfortable. Its proximity to Main Street is a huge plus, allowing us to easily explore the local attractions. The outdoor area is excellent and truly amazing. We loved spending time out there, even in the August heat, thanks to the covered space. The two casitas were perfect for our group, especially since we had tiny babies and toddlers with us. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

A group of friends found this home in 2021 and we've now stayed here 3 times for our golf trips. The location is great. It's a quiet neighborhood. Parking is plentiful and feels safe. The home is well appointed with not only beautiful furnishings but most if not all items you'll need in the kitchen. They make the check out process and requirements easy. Find the rental costs reasonable. Come enjoy your stay here too!

Exceptional weekend getaway - didn’t want to leave!
This is an exceptional property! My husband and friends were all blown away with the beauty of this property and the spaciousness of it. All 4 couples loved how each of us had a luxurious room that were so well appointed for our comfort. It is very difficult to find a place that has king-sized beds so we all were so appreciative. The kitchen was phenomenal! Everything a cook would need was not only provided but they had multiple platters, bowls, knifes - everything we needed to cook a meal for 8. I have raved about this property to my friends and shared the info b/c so many were impressed and awed by it that they now want to stay here. Thank you to the host for providing such a beautiful property to help me celebrate my big birthday in style.

The Wine Down House was the CUTEST and most accommodating place! Everything you could possibly need was readily available in each space. The main house, the guest house, and the little cottage looked liked pages out of a magazine. The back yard was very relaxing and made for great morning coffee. We walked to Main Street and enjoyed all the town had to offer. We will definitely stay at this place again!

Perfect home close to downtown
The property was perfect for us. We had 8 ladies. The layout of the home with the 2 separate living areas was fantastic. Check in/out was clear and easy. The walk to downtown was super quick. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Me and my 4 siblings spent 3 nights. We found the accommodation to be excellent and greatly exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well equipped and organized such that everything was easy to operate. I am very used to staying in high end properties so I feel that I have reasonable experience to judge good accommodations. The photos describing the property do not come close to giving it credit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Clean, great location, and spacious!
Aesthetically the property was amazing and decorated very nicely with an elevated feel. The outdoor area was perfect for an outdoor dinner and evening by the fire. The guest houses allow for some privacy and space for the group. The house is about a 10 minute walk from Main Street which was nice and very convenient for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Perfect Couples Getaway!!
Wonderful set up, nicely decorated, well stocked and close to Main Street. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The firepit under the pavilion was a great place to end each day. All of the wives fell in love with the décor and were sending pics to all the kids. You could walk to main street if you wanted as it is only a few blocks away. We will definitely be back for more wine tours.

Great couples/friends getaway
Booked this property for a 1 night stay after seeing it on VRBO and we were all super impressed. What started off as a girls only trip ended up including our spouses so it was a mixed group of 4 couples and our single girlfriend and we really wanted to find a space where we could have our privacy but still maximize the time we spent with each other. The commune aspect with the 2 guest houses was a unique layout and could not have been more perfect for our group. The facilities were clean and appear recently renovated. All the bedding was freshly laundered and it had every amenity we needed including tableware, towels for bathroom and spa, multiple throws etc. Such a beautifully decorated property also w a unique bright and coordinated “opalhouse” look in each area (Target decor line). Chic and comfortable aesthetic w bold colors. Loved that there were enough bathrooms for everyone and a variety of common spaces Firepit and spa is a nice plus but due to the drizzly weather we didn’t use the spa. Communication w the property manager was great, they were prompt and attentive to our needs. Would love to rebook on a future trip here.

5 couples played golf in Comfort TX
Our group enjoyed walking the neighborhood, grilling, games in the backyard, and relaxing in the hot tub after our three days of golf. The additional outdoor kitchenette (without cooking appliances) was a nice added bonus. There was plenty of privacy for each couple. We appreciated the ample parking as we had five vehicles. All fit on the driveway. The property was ready at our time of check-in, and they made it easy when it was time to leave. We would definitely consider staying there in the future. Thank you for making it easy to enjoy our friends company during our golf tournament.
